A good tip for the windshield wipers is to put a tennis ball under each wiper arm and it keeps wiper off windshield. I also use that idea every time I’m parked for long periods.

I had no idea so much goes into winterization! I thought you just pour the pink fluid and then flush it when you're ready to get going! 😂 Much needed information as always...especially about the windshield wipers! Mine screech all the time, hahaaaa! 💕

Great Tips!! I'm always interested in what RV'ers do to actually camp in cold weather. I live in Colorado and our temperature variance from day to night can swing by 40 degrees. While the days are sunny and bright, overnight can dip below freezing. Many here have a "Four Seasons" Package which includes more insulation in the wet bay areas... or we use Heating Coils on City Water Hoses if the parks allow water to flow. That's a huge temperature swing! Our underbelly is heated which keeps the pipes from freezing. Even with that we disconnect from the water source when the temperature drops below 32 degrees. John and I forgot one night and the water in our external hose and our water filter froze. All the internal pipes were fine. Lesson learned.

@@AmpedtoGlamp so many expensive lessons. How do you make sure that the water filter is clear of water?? Run the water pump after disconnecting city water?

Awesome tips I see that she did her homework she got this down, funny, yeah we traded our gas motorhome but some of the tips I can use for my 5th wheel, I try to wash our RV at our last campsite if they let us because where we keep it at on a military base you not suppose to wash your RV, lol.

@AmpedtoGlamp Yes sir and about the mice situation I took care of that also that I want have to ever worry about it, you see what you do it to put all kinds of food around both of your neighbors rv,s and you will never have to worry about the mices coming in your rv, it's that great and by the way you can use that in your next video, lol, (JJ).
