That chassis argument is even more invalid since the Coelian has the same chassis as the Panther but still gets removed. The overall point is that there are Tanks remaining in the game that were built in lower numbers than the Maus. The balacing-problem argument made by Gaijin is pure bs.

I personally don’t think paper vehicles should be in game, but if they were put in to fill a big BR gap early on in the game (Panther II and Tiger 10.5) I think they should stay. Unlike the Object 120 which was added just for more money.

Worst fucking devs ever. They think they've created the perfect game. Gaijin addresses issues like plane engine noise and grass effects as per wind direction. Fuck mismatches, weird line of sight, expensive shells and tank repair and of course planes bombing and rocketing unsuspecting tanks in the middle of battle. How about removing the T62 and T64 garbage shit tanks???

I mean, the problem with Russian tanks is as old as War Thunder. They've always had BS rounds, long before they started throwing cold war tanks into the mix, some of them like the 120 here, that, at best, were prototype-only vehicles. That's why I refused to ever touch the Russian tree, it was full of overpowered bullshit.

Same issue with the M4 Jumbo - Menace of a tank at 4.0; but constant uptier to 6.0? The only thing you are good for to your team is - Bouncing bullet sponge, and if you screech hard enough on a flank to get lucky against almost exclusively Panthers and Tiger variants. They really need to work on BR balancing than anything else right now lol.

Well, it's hard to make a game where in history at any point in time there was one weapon platform that was superior to everything else. Some vehicles need unrealistic nerfing to be viable whilst others need unrealistic buffing to be competitive. Then you have the unrealistic battle ratings where you've got WW2 tanks fighting tech from the Vietnam era. Realistically, the Maus should only be fighting WW2 era tanks. Same with the KTiger. What's the use of taking a Maus into combat against tanks that its armour wasn't designed to defend against?

Niksapelaa hullbreak is the most fucking annoying mechanic since it never works right. They need to fix it so badly and they should make HE shells more effective too it would make the game so much more interesting. Because right now it only matters if your shot really penetrates that’s the only way you can take out a tank. They also just need to fix damage in general because even when I’m playing tanks with bigass guns and lots of explosive filler, I still can’t always one shot tanks which is annoying. I’d also be totally fine dying to them as well because it only makes sense and is fair.

I'm pretty sure gaijins excuse for this one was longer match queues. I wouldn't mind waiting 2 minutes for a game if it was fun and balanced personally. Even now as soon as I click play i get into a game, so it's not like the queue times would be unbearable. Sucks that gaijin won't listen, people know how to make their own game better than them..

To believe that gaijin thinks the problem is the Maus and not the sickening fact, that ww2 tanks are on the same battle rating as tanks from 1945 until 1967 is such a joke. After so my years of playing I deinstalled yesterday. Its just so sad that warthunder isnt fun to play anymore. Maybe in a year or so I will think about playing the game again. Its even a bigger joke that during the warthunder they banned so many people just for asking to balance or fix some aspects of the game :/

I know how you feel, I uninstalled beggining of Febuarary this year. Reinstalled it a few days ago, and man I can't even enjoy playing 3.7 - 4.7 because it's nothing but post-war or prototype meme tanks that just go around wrecking everything. I just wanted to use the Sherman against Pz. 3 and 4s again. Not fight a post war Shermans with 200mm of pen and then 1950s meme vehicles every 4 seconds. WTF has happened to this game?

Agree Phly , OBJ 120 should be 8.0+. If you look at the rest of the nations with FSDS they are all 8.0+ except the 120.

@@obj.071 thing would be trash at 9.0, no stabiliser, not enough speed. You get HEATFS and HESH at 7.7, both consistently oneshot the thing. Obj120 is the panzer 4 F2 of 7.7. Yeah its OP against 6.7 on long range maps but on smaller ones it's nowhere near as bad.

@@RyanTheHusky115 Russian Tanks in WoT are pure bias. They heavily nerfed almost every single Tank from every countries but when it comes to Russian Tanks, they just slightly Nerf them, that's why i quit that game. I still remember the day when FV4005 is can ALMOST or one shot Tanks of its Tier and the lower tiers, i miss it.

Maus can be destroyed at Rank 3, especially when climbing hills. Just hit the plats that cover it engines and ammo.

It requires less time and effort to remove an unbalanced vehicle than to actually deal with the problems that make it unbalanced. That is the only reason they are removing the Maus

Land on the ground with the SB2U-3 and use the gunner 50cal to shoot tanks. It works well because it's such a low tier the players aren't as aware and they can be penned with the 50cals. Attempt #2

They r making it sound like the maus was OP and they need to do something lol A quick solution will be just add buffs to the armor, like the leo 1 l, it can stop hits from my T80u from time to time, so do the same add bonuses against russians 7.7 to 8.7 increasing bouncing and pen resistance That would be a better solution, has been implemented before and no one seems to care or even notice it

@@StoneCoolds read the dev post. They say it would be way too OP if it gets its BR lowered, but gets clubbed by anything higher or same tier. They're pretty much too lazy to see the real problem the Maus (and many other vehicles) suffers, the BR compression. When it was added it was a genuinly fun tank, definitely not meta, but one of those fun niche tanks. It was fine against T-54s and IS-4s and similar tanks, but with this powercreep and compression you cant fix the Maus without overhauling the BRs around that tier
