When there are plenty of good and quality products in the fridge, it's not so difficult to cook something really tasty and beautiful.
But what to do when supplies are low, appetite is raging, and you want something more than just boiled eggs or a cheese sandwich? That's when your imagination might come in handy, helping us quickly cook something delicious using a minimum of produce.
We decided to make two dishes at once using the produce we found in the fridge. We called them "pizza" and "omelet", although, of course, those are not real pizza and omelet. This is not a type of recipe where you have to strictly follow proportions. It's just an idea. Cook with what you find, and you will get something of your own, but no less hearty and tasty.
