2-3 cups White Rice (to serve)

1. Dice the potatoes, slice the onion and celery, and cube the beef.
2. Heat a pan with a bit of neutral oil on medium-high. Brown the beef cubes (about 3 minutes
per side), then set them aside.

3. Mix 6 cups of water with 2 tsp beef bullion. Pour into the pot or use 6 cups of beef stock. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the beef and potatoes, cover, and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
