That's true, and the bowls can easily be made in a vegetarian style as well! 😊 Chicken can be subbed for tofu like I did for one of my bowls at the end, or even just add some more veggies. I made a version awhile back with miso glazed eggplant as the main ingredient and it was delicious 😋 That's what I love about Buddha bowls, there are lots of ways to customize!
