i just purchased a PCS last weekend and checked the alignment this evening. I was shocked that it was 16 thousands out, no big deal, i will adjust tomorrow...thanks for the video, it helps to have a visual reference when locating the adjustment bolts and screws.
I had no idea about alignment so I bought a dial indicator. My new SawStop was pretty close out of the box but this will obviously help me get it way more precise. Thanks for the video. On a lighter side, I can see this being an OCD's nightmare.
I have been unable to loosen one of the bolts attaching the table to the cabinet. I have a 17mm. socket wrench as shown here and can get three of the bolts loose without a problem. That last one, however, will NOT budge. I even tried using the socket on my impact driver and that also couldn't do it. I'm at a loss for how to adjust my saw.

I just loosened mine. Two loosened easily, sort of like the apparent effort is the guy in the video. For another I had to use my torque wrench, which has a much larger lever arm than my socket wrench. And then there was the fourth one... A few years ago I bought a breaker bar "just in case" I ever need it. Today was the first time I've used it. SawStop: please find other jobs for the gorilla to do. Thanks.
Update: I finally got it loosened. I used a penetrating lubricant, let it work its way in for a few days, then tried again. Made me nervous using so much force, but it came loose. Now my blade is pretty much perfectly parallel to the miter slot. I also talked to Sawstop support and they were helpful.
The adjustment screws (7:19) on both sides of my 3hp professional snapped when trying to align table saw when I was applying minimal pressure (ie turning a doorknob) and I cannot find any replacements and I have looked everywhere including your site where just a few days ago I had them in my cart to check out and then when I went back today to order they were no longer there. Please help! I’m at a loss for what to do.
Sorry to hear that. When I went to adjust my table one of the adjustment screws was so tight I needed pliers on the end of the Allen wrench. As mentioned in another comment, two of my table bills were in excessively tight. I'm wondering if there is someone with anger management issues in the factory. 🙂
