2 things - firstly majority of my friends, family, and all of my ex’s have been non- vegan. I was not vegan for the majority of my life, I’m not going to not be friends, date etc someone who has beliefs / morals I have once held - rather educate and open their eyes to Veganism ! (Also not everyone can be vegan for a multitude of reasons) secondly it’s sometimes simply not a part of the conversion before 😋😆 being vegan is obviously preferable and I would love my one day partner to be vegan!! but being respectful of me (/ my diet) is essential !
