I get it girl I’ve been through a lot in such a little time… my uncle passed away from alcoholism my grandma passed away from cancer my mom got diagnosed with cancer and going through chemo and me and my 2 kids got covid so all happened while I was only 13 weeks pregnant 😢
The life in Mexico is hard. It’s sad, my brother was just murdered. He was deported 5 years ago. He was going to come home this summer, now that will never happen because of the Violence. We don’t know who did it we don’t know what happened. All we know is I watched him be buried through a phone screen. I am scarred I am in denial i am in shock and it’s already been 3 months. When ever you feel down when ever you feel sad like you mentioned just think of “it could have been worst” YOUR parents were here.. your parents are alive. Celebrate that, I understand the frustration of all of it being gone all especially all of their hard work.. but the material things are what matter least. You will be ok. They will be ok. They have life they have you guys. I’ll pray for you all, and if you ever get a chance please pray for our family as well because I am currently waking through my worst nightmare the worst pain imaginable. Blessings to all.

I'm from Juarez chihuahua. My mom and brother's residence is in Juarez. All my family visit without any problems. I'm the only one that's afraid to go and won't go. Unfortunately, my mom won't come and visit me at all and insists that I should go and visit like the others. I don't understand why people pretend that nothing is wrong in Mexico. Sadly is not safe to go, especially to states like Juarez. You are so right when you said luckily your parents wore not there. Please don't go back. Stay safe. You guys have each other, and that's what matters...not many can say that. I'm one of them.😔
Man i hope your mom changes her mind soon and is able to come visit you soon 🥹❤️ last December I went after 12 years but I went to a different place and honestly I was so scared but being there it all changed . Yes its bad. We went to Jerez We went back in Feb of this yr and were scared to even go anywhere. We made it safe home but we were so dam scared the whole time there.
