It's hard , no way around it. Especially if you cared and had good memories! Lost my dad 3 years ago, and my best friend since elementary school took his life. I can deal with the sadness but the anger is what gets me sometimes.

I had some guilt after my friend had passed. He was a great guy. He had wanted more out of our relationship than I did. Today, I don't believe that. I think he had more going on than I knew but when someone you care about ends his life, there are so many questions unanswered.

Tru dat but this is a much deeper problem. Think about the messaging you constantly get as a boy. "Shake it off, be a nig boy, big boys don't cry, man up, be a man, deeds not words," Men are taught to turn hate and pain tnto anger and power through." Men are not taught to be emotionally resilient.

A real man keeps his issues to himself.

I always loved a person who is not ashamed to open up about their feelings!!! Now that takes alot of strength!!! I'm also feel bad for people who have a hard time doing this too when they need emotional support the most!!!

Steve Wallis and Crazy Neighbor? That struck me too. I think this is worse, as Glen did not make the decision to end himself, and I think the surviving friends have guilt like they should have seen, done something. Had a neighbor do this and he was very combative. I still felt bad like if I had known I would have knocked on his door and tried to help him.

There was a time when I had some pain building in my soul. Wasn't so sure it was worth bearing anymore. But I can tell you, sir, there are good times ahead and people who look up and count on you. Sometimes, we have to live for others to honor those who are no longer with us because I feel they would want us to go on and be the best version of ourselves possible. Always remember, those little ones are watching you, and you mean the world to your family, even when you might feel like you don't.

Just lost my sister 3 weeks ago from that vaccine..i feel your pain

Lost my family. Most of my friends have passed or moved away.Have been trying to be tough and keep going. This reminded me of what it is like to feel such loss. We must keep close communications with friends and loved ones

All of u posting these.....im sorry.. im so sorry😔 I don't know def I had it in late 2020/early 2021,but I was down an out on my exs couch over a week,deathly sick!!! Finally recovered, again dk if I just bad flu,or worse...anyways,I never got the *fixed* thingy..and don't really call it that,cause I just knew if a strain mutated and grows etc etc, it's not even gonna matter if u had it..AND ALL THE TIME I HEARD U BETTER GET IT,U NEED TO GET IT!!!this is why I didnt!!!cause since the whole 'we have the solutions' came out,THIS IS ALL IVE SEEN AND HEARD,I have a few members who got sick, got better, but it hurts to see just so many other ppl,living their lives,and continuing after the whole scenario then just bam!!3 4 5 7 10,family or friends just gone in a quick time fashion..I can't explain how bad I feel with what ppl say, I know of loss too,but just...this is outrageous...I do commend you all still going 'strong'...we all have moments, where we are alone, sitting there and balling when noone sees it,not cause we or they are weak..they have taken such a toll in their personal lives,the actual soul in you....I never served in military etc,but I have NO PROBLEM explaining to ppl,that I'm a very war torn soldier,cause of this fight with life,the paths we are on.. I wish you all peace..really do.. STAY BRAVE,STAY STRONG,.. HONOR THEM,..AND CARRY ON!!👍✌️🥃😑

sadly there's been many and i know of some, though their deaths were not labelled as such. One was a fit diver who lost his stamina after getting jabbed and drowned in the sea. Cause of death was stated as drowning and the real reason buried with him. Sadly there will be many many more to come

Wow! Devastating. If they only knew how much people cared, they wouldn’t do it, but at the time all they feel is overwhelmed. I hope your healing is quick and complete but I suspect a crushed heart takes a long time to heal if it’s even possible. May you have love, peace and joy the rest of your days.
