You don't have to belt and shout your lungs out to send the message across your listeners.. how the singer delivers the song and the message of the song what matter most..your standard of a good singer/singers are the ones that belts and the more they almost breaks your eardrums the better for you.. this group is not for you.. their talents are all rounded if your looking for belter then this group will never be your cup of tea.. sb19 is a sing and dance boy group not just singer. find me a singer whose belting while dancing at the same time.
On point. That is why I stopped watching his reactions a few months back. I am only here now to see how he reacted to SB19 (as a new fan) and such a disappointment how he presented them. I wish he would stop reacting to them in the future. Don't use them for views.

For me as a listener, technicalities does not matter, the important part is how they deliver the message and what message they want to deliver. Technicalities are boring. Music is for us to enjoy.

I wish you'll learned to appreciate all types of music if you truly appreciates music. Try also to understand the message of the song so you won't be confused why they are all emotional specifically sad while performing that song. It's a painful song and the ikako song that you reacted to is a hopeful song that's why they seems so happy while performing it. Isn't it weird performing a painful song in a happy way, think again. True,he's been listening to a lot of Filipino music for quite a time even before. He should have gotten idea about how songs are meant to mood someone's feelings na minsan nadadala sa kanta ang singer, they felt the lyrics as if it's from their own experience . Even Korean Ballad singers sang their song full of emotions to express the song and what it meant. He already reacted to some of them as well, therefore I guessed he's got enough of those reactions from ballad singers na sana and understand why they make such faces when they sang. Yung di man lang nag-research about the song bago nag-react .

For a sing and dance group such as them, I'm amazed that they can sing like they do. You don't get to see that often in most Boy Groups nowadays. Budakhel can sing as hell but they can't sing and dance as well as SB19. Same with KZ whom you don't hear belt as high as Morrisette but Morissette can't also do the same style and swag as KZ as well as KZ does it. My point, all artists have their strengths & limitations. If you understand this, you'd appreciate. I saw your other prev reactions btw. Oh & that Shallow Cover, thanks to SB19 I get to appreciate that song.
They acted sad even though they're lively performers because it is how they should portray the emotion of the song. As far as I remember, you commented that the Shallow cover lacked emotion, so showing sad emotions on this particular sad song is just perfect. Maybe if it had subtitles, you would have connected more to the message and true meaning of the song.

True! I don't understand why reactors can't appreciate Josh's vocals. He is amazing and he's vocals is so rare. He does everything to improve his voice and he's working hard to achieve it. I just hate that they always pinpoint Josh's vocal ability.

Stell a.k.a heavenly voice is the main singer & lead dancer (choreographer) (middle) while Sejun the leader to the right (long hair) is the lyricist, composer/arranger, lead vocal & main rapper, Josh the lead rapper /visual you were talking about not good in singing before who improved a whole lot to the left is Justin the Maknae & visual of the group and also the writer & director for the Hanggang Sa Huli Anime MV (his vocals has improved tremendously as well) and last but not the least Ken who has a very deep voice (both singing & rapping) is the main dancer of the group 👍👍🏻❤️😀👏

TBH, i only watched his videos bcoz of sb19 and before i watched any of his reaction to any sb19 songs, i read first the comment section. Good thing i did. You keep on complaining about how they sounded or how they looked but you just didn't know that to some A'tin, their music saves us.

That is how they were taught i guess. Their korean trainer is a stage actress so maybe that's why.. Maybe they will sing Tilaluha next so they are still internalizing their sad emotion, just guessing.
The song/lyrics hits straight right through the heart that's why they looks like as if it's the end of the world. Check out the MV it has english sub even just off cam/record so u could appreciate the song more especially when they sang it live. And yes you're right, it's literally an OPM right through & through which suits Filipinos style/type (emotional/sad/hugot) :-)
