Scag Turf Tiger 2 Homemade DIY Stripe Kit Lawn Mower Striper 

We have the Tiger Stripe kit on an older Turf Tiger... It's built very strong, but we've bent the rod going through it many, many times.

That's a good question, but the tires are natural stripers already. There's no need to double up the striping and it would also be a little bit of a clearance issue when mowing in tight areas.

@@tallfarmboy I’ve been wanting to do something similar. My idea was wrapping the back side of the cutter deck with stiff rubber. Just bolting it to it with no bracket needed. This way the complete 61” would be covered but…. Tire marks would still be present. How does your stripes look? Reason for asking is because the scag rollers extend to edge of wheels Thanks for reply.

That's not a bad idea. I might do that once I clean up the mowers a bit... LOL!

We used 1/2" thick belted rubber. It was old conveyer belt from a Gravel quarry.
