Thanks for the idea but Didn't help connecting a Q1 to a Pixel Phone....Q1 wouldn't be recognise by the the phone even after this little exercise...bummer
My Q1 device connects and disconnects while riding. Each time it reconnect you must manually restart the music. The other unit works perfect as the same time.
+Sreejith K Did the master reset help/fix this?! If not, I'm stumped.....have you called Cardo? If it's two years old or less you have warranty and this would for sure be covered, def do that if so!

May I have help with my Q3? I used only once, and now one of my Q3 is not working Cant turn it ON If i plug it to recharge, it starts to blink blue light Even blinking cannot do anything with it Any idea what can I do to make it work? Thanks in advance
***** When you plug it into the wall to charge, and it starts to blink the blue light, hold down the "power" button until you see the red light flashes. I've seen this happen when the battery is dead for too long of a time and it worked for me..... let us know how it goes!
