Always love the basics. Thank you for teaching them. Soooooo many people forget just how important they are in playing over chord changes. Great stuff.
Don't get too bogged down with theory. Not to minimize it's importance, but look at and learn the shapes of these triads in their various positions. Take small useable chunks and get them down so you can begin to incorporate them into your playing.
