The video demonstrates the operation of a custom dynamic braking control logic built for @ESUDCC LokSound 5 decoders that allows locomotive dynamic braking to be controlled by increasing or decreasing the throttle speed steps.
The logic incorporates 3 levels of braking depending on how far the throttle is moved up. Setting the throttle to between Speed steps 1-10 gives a 15% braking level, Speed steps 11-20 gives a 25% braking level and Speed steps 21-28 gives a 45% braking effect.
