Scaling and Ranking the Strongest Dragon Ball Super Characters (Tier List)(Goku Black Arc and ToP) 

Seeing Vegito so far down the list is absolutely wild. I believe everything you've said in this list and although certain things just SHOULDNT make sense, thats more of a testiment to Dragon Balls whack power scaling than anything else. D tier Vegito is still absolutely wild, these zenaki boosts are jumping into the millions of times multipliers

Not that really affects the ranking but one thing I do feel like is understated about Goku Black is his potential growth (bias incoming) Although he may not match up to Golden Frieza stat wise in a vacuum, I feel like in an actual death match scenario if he was getting pushed that, combined with his scythe and clones, he could push his potential hard enough to surpass Frieza outright or go even higher Granted it can't really be factored since we don't how if he could grow fast enough before he loses, but I felt it worth mentioning as Goku Black throughout his arc becomes a zenkai merchant with how much he just forces power boosts on himself to clap the Z-Fighters (losing to ssj2 goku and one shotting blue vegeta, trounced by rage blue goku and them bodying him seconds after, losing to vegeta only to pull out a scythe etc.)

Great Video! I enjoyed watching the whole thing and it did spur a curiosity on where SSJB Gogeta and FPSSJ Broly would go, along with Beerus since in the anime, it's pretty concrete that during the TOP, he was surpassed by Jiren and Goku. Personally, I'd have Blue Gogeta be in Z tier (probably the highest rank), along with Cui Goku and LB Jiren since those 2 (Goku and Jiren) are the only two in the T.O.P to have been stated/hinted to have surpassed the GoDs. Broly is also a character hinted to be = to or stronger than Beerus, and we see the gaps of power between Broly and Gogeta is significantly different. As for FPSSJ Broly, I'd put him in his own rank above the S tier, but below the Z tier as he's definitely stronger than Blue Evo Vegeta, GoD Toppo but also greatly weaker than Blue Gogeta who's comparable to the other 2. Lastly, as for Beerus, I'd also put him in the same Tier as Broly but greater as for the same reason i mentioned above. Overall, I find these types of videos quite enjoyable to watch and hope you create more quality content like this

Great list! I agree with most of this. I like to think the way Goku Blue was able to defeat Fused Zamasu's holy wrath by focusing his energy in a small point compared to Zamasu dispersing his energy in that huge attack (That's why his kamehameha pierced through the attack). And I think Goku Black is too high on the list considering Goku Blue probably surpassed him during the Zamasu fight and then trained for months.

I am definitely trying to see the dragon ball super manga tier list. It’s a pretty nice list and the leaps in logic isn’t to crazy. It’s definitely based on how you watch the anime and perceive the events. I do think that there’s a few spots for characters that could be changes and some tiers merged together. Mainly because the jump in power maybe smaller than which was said in this video. However based on ten rules you gave your tier list, I know why you did it that way.

Something that just occurred to me is if 17 has infinite energy and we know that energy can be shared, why wouldn't he have been the team "medic" or whatever? It wouldn't heal wounds but it'd keep everyone from being exhausted constantly. Would've also been a cool thing to paint that target on his back and have U7 protecting him.

I feel like kale's a bit confusing. Yes she was ragdolling goku early on in blue, but then goku proceeds to clap both sisters at the same time in the god form while kale is supposedly in her "stronger form"💀. Also being a goku that was tired from his battle with jiren

Vegito could’ve beaten Zamasu. The issue was “The power output reduced the amount of time the fusion had.” Which honestly is stupid. Vegito would be above Corrupted Zamasu and would’ve killed him.

The issue with zamasu is that he never fough seriously. We never got to see his full power because he pride himself as being too good to waste said full power on mere mortals. Also he s immortal so yeah, he really didn't have any reasons to see anyone as a threat.

I feel for Hit vs Goku Black (high ball) Goku black cockiness and willingness to take hits will be what takes him down sure Goku Black knows about Hit since he watched god tube but if anything that would entice Goku Black more knowing hit was able to grow with goku and break even the gods level of power without god ki not to mention he has no idea how dangerous Hit when going for the kill is like vs the hit that he saw to me it's basically like Goku vs Hit v2 where Goku knows somewhat about hit and knows his coming after him but Hit sends one attack and fully kills Goku Black

The whole notion of "the Saiyans were always just getting stronger" during the ToP is pure bad writing, all because they had to stuff in the newest strong man to bait people with when it comes to Goku.

I think that your scaling of Goku Black being comparable to Gohan and Freeza is quite inconsistent with the rest of the list given how you mention how both Goku, Vegeta and Gohan grow massively throughout the ToP, and thus Goku Black being comparable to or even above Goku from the previous arc isn't really that impressive at all here considering Freeza was able to go toe to toe with and withstand attacks from Hakaishin Toppo, and Gohan's strength is seemingly on the same level as Freeza's. I think a more accurate tier to put Goku Black into would be around the same power as Bergamo due to how both of them scale to a pre-ToP Blue Goku.

Hot take: Full Power/Limit Breaker Jiren is stronger than CUI Goku. Jiren was initially dominating Goku and even won a beam clash with ONE hand. It wasn’t until Goku got amped by the power of friendship (despite this a single kick from Jiren was able to send Goku flying whereas Goku needed several air punches to replicate the same thing) AND a rage boost that he finally managed to overpower Jiren.

Dragon ball straight up doesnt make sense anymore, even in the buu saga things were getting out of hand GT ending as good as it did should of been enough for everybody

Krillin should be in Z teir if movies are included. Guy was the only one who could come in and save piccolo from cell max. You can visibly see cell's foot be pushed away when Krillin got involved. Also apparently not even goku or vegeta could take on cell from some statements.. This show ain't ever going to make sesnse

You've got some god awful mic popping just littered throughout the video. That's my only criticism.

When it comes to No.17 you missed and overlooked crucial points. 1. Toppo and SSB Goku was about dead even with each other. Goku was able to edge out the victory with his Warp Kamehameha. Now, this is where paying attention to key details comes into play. When proceeding to round 2 Toppo was going to use his full power in BASE. Goku responded with Blue Kaio-ken. This tells us that a full power base Toppo is equivalent to SSBKK from ×2-×10. This is because ×20 was being saved for Jiren and would've most definitely been enough for full power Toppo. Of course, if we scale SSBE Vegeta to SSBKK×20 Goku then we'll know Goku should have the power output to defeat Hakaishin Toppo. 2. Since we know Goku was forced to go Blue and 17 was able to stalemate that level of power while both admitting to still be holding back, tells us that No.17 is relevant to a full power SSB Goku. This would put him within SSB tier until... 3. When No.17 fought Toppo he was able to match Toppo's FULL POWER briefly. I say briefly because after the initial clash, Toppo had to pour more reserves, thus pushing the blast towards No.17. Remember, before firing the blast, Toppo said with "ALL" the justice he has within. This is Toppo utilizing his full power just to ring out No.17. Since we stated above that Toppo's full power is relevant to SSBKK×10 at max, this would place No.17 within Blue Kaio-ken to Blue Evolution tier. 4. No.17 vs Jiren is easily overlooked. I'm not going to discuss the sneak attack as we've seen many times in Dragon Ball that no matter how powerful you are, you can still take damage to those weaker when caught off guard. What I'm referring to is after the sneak attack. Jiren dashes towards 17 angry and No.17 blasts a barrage of Ki Blasts at him. These barrage of blast forced Jiren back to a standstill. That's right. No.17, ON HIS OWN, was able to push Jiren to a standstill all on his own. Now, his final impressive feat is his Final or Ultimate Barrier. The multiple barriers he stacked to withstand Jiren's massive ball of energy. At first, he actually stopped it. Jiren had to PUSH more force into the blast in order to power through the layers of barriers. This is no different from when Kid Buu was able to hold back the Super Spirit Bomb from Goku with energy gathered throughout the universe and of course Jiren's bout with the technique as well. To conclude, No.17 would be at a Blue Kaio-ken to Blue Evolution tier based on the points I've provided.
