For that bee and insect residue the coco/ walnut scrub attachment is great, or even #0000 steel wool (unless it is tempered glass) works great on the exterior.
From what i have heard, it's mandatory regardless, and if they don't have it and your insurance company checks your taxes (which they will) and see 1099 hires, you will be hit with a due bill in full for the entire year as though they were an employee. Be safe and mitigate your liability.
Be careful using 1099 help AND posting them on RU-vid in your company shirts saying they’re “puff fam” … tax man cometh and they look for any reason to take more of your hard earned money. They do look at things like your website and social media to make sure you’re doing what you claim and not skirting around their system
@@stillXpist most definitely. I’ve read up on the regulations. Sounds like there’s a lot I’m not allowed to do because they are all contractors and not actual employees. I don’t tell them how to do things, I just tell them what the task is, and ask if they would mind wearing the uniform only because clients need to be able to identify that they are workers on their property and not random people. That being said It’s totally up to them how they want to work, when they want to work, and what they prefer to wear to work.
