So let me get this straight. >A woman acts suspiciously on security camera footage >She is later found dead in a water tank >To get to the water tank she must've bypassed 2 locked doors and alarms >She must also then have climbed into the water tank after which she *somehow* closed the tank door behind her ... *"Yeah, this death looks completely accidental."*
i think she def must have bought some bipolar pills that were actually drugs, the drug dealer probably took advantage of her and killed her by drowning her or she died of starvation but not dehydration and put her body in the water tower because he probably wanted to recreate that movie. the tuberculosis thing is def a coincidence
A roof is always a good place for smoke breaks.(pot &/or tobacco) I'm just guessing of course, but the night-time Staff probably shut off the alarms, and leave those doors propped open all night long, and just make sure to get it locked back up before Management arrives in the morning.
The guests noticed that their water "smelled bad and tasted funny". Note to self: drink bottled water at shady hotel. New note to self: don't stay in shady hotel
It seems like he was unstable. It's possible to cut yourself that many times - of course, it would hurt like hell. I assume the stab wounds were in areas that he couldn't have reached, and that he didn't have defensive wounds. I saw a true crime show where a guy stabbed himself 18 or so times trying to commit suicide.
Steve fromLatvia™ My husband's uncle shot himself with a gun 3 times. First shot was in the stomach. He thought it was going to kill him, but it didn't. He then shot himself in the head, but he survived that, too. He finally shot himself in the chest, hitting his heart and killing him. He suffered greatly, and his other uncle found him.
Steve fromLatvia™ He did. It is possible, just unlikely. The bullet exited his cheek and missed vital areas. The coroner ruled that the chest shot was what killed him.
+David Butt The Elisa Lam story is so bizarre. I watched a dozen different videos about her and its the strangest true story I ever heard. They should make a movie about her, its really intriguing.
I've got another scary death to tell. A few months ago, I was at a pub with a few friends and we all got a bit drunk. However, some were worse than others and one of my friends got completely shit-faced smashed. As a true friend, I tried to do the honourable thing, get my phone out and record him stumbling into everything as he attempted to make the long journey back home. I pulled my phone out of my pocket, I lifted it up to an angle I could get a good recording and hit the power button to unlock my phone. What I saw next was truly horrifying. The screen didn't light up. I'd forgot that I had spent a lot of the night finding out how a football game was playing out on twitter. I didn't have any battery left. My phone was completely dead. It still haunts me to this day.
Wow! Well I have one too, a few months ago I was at my memo's house and I left my tablet charging on the ground and when I went up there to get my tablet it was gone I went to go look in the bathroom and I found it!!! But the screen was completely broken!
Jesus, the man crashes, stabs himself over 30 times with a pocket knife, then drags himself to the creek to drown himself. Yup, that sounds really believable. : \
I know what you mean. Some police departments should have mass firings given their refusal to actually do their jobs be it from laziness or sheer stupidity. I think both were at play with this department.
Hey Smish. That's not entirely correct. It can be ruled a suspicious death, that way the case can remain open, if it's ruled a suicide, it will be closed.
its like the zodiac killer a man who was a suspect came home covered in blood he was at the same place the murders happened had the weapon but he didn't get convicted because a bloody fingerprint didn't match but the zodiac said himself that the fingerprint was fake
Pistachio Shiba, well, I heard that she's blind without her glasses and the reason why she pressed all the middle buttons was because she knew her floor was in that row, but on the bottom button was to keep the doors open.
If she couldn't see without her glasses it would make it extremely difficult to navigate hence her hand movements...feeling for her next step. She most likely wandered off but someone finished her off. The poor girl.
Shes doing an urban myth. I forget how to do it but I do remember it explicitly states to not leave the elevator once you've pressed the buttons, you're supposed to end up on a floor that doesnt exist if you dont step out. If you step out you get killed.
On the 3rd case. When I look at the information shown in this video, it does appear to be a murder. She appears to be running and/or hiding from someone. And her movements before she disappears from the frame appears as if she could've been drugged at some point, and it's taking effect at that moment. (I could be off about the drugged thing, since I don't know that much about it). And the elevator doors not closing as well as her getting through 2 locked security doors is very suspicious. Who in that building would have both access to shutting down the elevator as well as having access to the security doors and roof? The fact that the police labelled it an "accident" is very sloppy and/or lazy. There's enough evidence to suggest that finding and questioning the ones who have access to shutting down the elevator and access to the security doors and roof would be a very good idea.
***** If police stupidity can label it as "accident" I'm not going to believe the toxicology report at all. The video clearly shows something's wrong with her. some sort of drug was definatly used
***** So you're claiming that a "schizophrenic episode" looks similar to someone suffering the effects of a sedative drug? Because that sounds farfetched to me
She doesn't to me. At best she is hiding from someone she knows and is friendly with, not someone who is threatening her life. She was doing something goofy, which we all have done at some time, the only difference is it was caught on camera, and coincidentally she died shortly after.
I remember the second story very well. Castalano was a true American Patriot. He was found in the bathtub with slashes to his wrists.....here's the rub...BOTH wrists were cut. The forensic pathologist stated that it was impossible for him to have done that to himself. Because the cuts did so much damage, making it impossible for him to have held the knife, in the hand that he had just cut. Also Castalano said he had just mailed a package home, naming the people involved with the Iran Contra, Reagan-Bush scandal...which linked not only Bush and Reagan to the crime, but many other top officials. The package never got to it's destination.
How strange is it that while I was watching the video my house phone rang and the caller id displayed as an unknown number yet I answered and no one spoke...
Wtf that happend to me to about a week ago i was out taking a walk to the store when some one called me from a unknown nr and i picked up the phone and no one was there only heard a small ton in the background then after i presented to the persone on the other side of the line who i was like 3 times they hang up...so damn spoky ;_;
I watch Rob at night on autoplay while I fall asleep/sleep. Turn on Rob, turn out the lights and get comfy and listen. If I should wake up he's still playing and I fall back to sleep. Such a good system.
I was thinking the same thing. Imagine how many people drank that water without ever knowing anything. THEN, how many people drank it and said, "this water tastes kind of funny." THEN, how many said, "this water tastes horrible and smells even worse." Call to the front desk, "the water tastes horrible and smells like a dead body." Desk clerk: "yeah, we have been getting a lot of complaints, they are going to check the water tanks." Technicians: "OMG! There IS a dead body! EWWWWWW! Don't let anyone ELSE drink that water!!!!"
You're right, USUVA. I mean, who did the cops think they were fooling? That's like the comedy skit where the cop says the guy was stabbed 87 times, choked, beaten with a baseball bat, set on fire, and finally had his neck broken. Any suspects? No. "We figure it for a suicide" the cop says.
#3 she was playing the elevator game! The elevator game is a popular game in Japan where u have 2 press all the buttons on the elevator without anyone getting in, the legend says that after ur done pressing all the buttons on the elevator without anyone getting in a lady in all black will appear, u cannot not talk 2 her u just have let her guide u and after she "re-enters you", you have 2 step out and everything is said 2 be all hollow and you're suppose 2 never come back! But that's just a legend, but then again who knows what really happened....
I once tried 2 do the elevator game but people kept coming in so I eventually gave up! But I'm pretty sure this is what she was doing since all the movements r similar to the instructions ur suppose 2 follow while playing the game.
*Thank you so much for watching - I would love if you'd help keep the show alive by giving it a THUMBS UP and SHARING this episode on Facebook and Twitter! Please also check out the two videos linked in the description! This episode was a collaborative effort with two of my FAVORITE RU-vid channels! Thank you again for watching, and if you have a suggestion for a future episode, please leave it here on this comment.*
Elisa Lam was probably murdered by a maintenance worker. The only person in the building capable of opening those doors or causing the elevator doors to not shut.
so when my sister and her coworker were in the elevator and the doors were doing the same and the elevator tried to keep going down even though they were at the main floor, the maintenance worker was messing with them ? okay, i'll let her know so she can report them.
Mr. Been Laden I am in the legal field and saw someone who was shot five times ruled a 'suicide' all in the head 3 in the back of the head absolutely ridiculous! Eventually after 20 years it was ruled homicide and the murderer confessed
Absolutely Hang Nga Le Phan, they look very long and twisted. I watched it a couple of times. I thought it might just be video distortion, but there are lines on the floor that she is standing on and those lines do not bend at all. That's what creeped me out the most.
***** I have bi-polar, and out of knowing every single person I've met with bi-polar, hallucinating simply doesn't happen. I had one psychotic break/nervous breakdown, and even then, there was nothing along the lines of auditory/visual hallucinations. She either took way, way, WAY too many hallucinogenics; or someone obviously killed her. Judging by the supposed 55 seconds of video missing from this video, I support this theory.
What's she doing with her hands? Obviously trying to trigger the elevator sensors sense she noticed they weren't closing. Hell, I've done it plenty of times at my university when they don't shut.
But, moving her hands in the way she did? It was so... unusual looking. I can understand trying to activate a sensor, but it just doesn't seem right coming from her.
i love vicodin nah thats normal. I don know if its gonna be racist but I had a Japanese girlfriend (asian) and she sometimes did that with her hands when she was communicating with people. Not gonna lie, it looked creepy even then :D cause it looked like she was trying to break her fingers and wrists with just misshaping their movements. But she only did that when she was really excited.
lol well I've never dealt with any kind of asian ugnius semaska, you would know more than me, but I still wouldn't classify all the asian women to be that way lol. But who knows! Ahhhh!
That "strange voodoo dance" before she walked down the left side of the hallway, never to return, was her waving her hand in front of the elevator doors, so that if they were to close, she could quickly get inside. Could you imagine if she stepped outside of the elevator (to look for her attacker), only to have the doors close behind her, causing her to have to WAIT until the next one arrived? No one smart would let that happen, which is why the waving her hand in front of the elevator door, while peering outside of it, looked so strange.
I forgot to explain that she was waving her hand in front of the elevator doors to keep them open, because remember, if nothing is detected in front of elevator doors, they will close. As a precaution, she was found doing what looked like a "strange dance", but in reality, she was being smart, and trying to save her life. This was clearly an inside job, there is no possible way that she could've done this all by herself. I suspect that a person working there, with access to the roof, would have done this to her, NOT her mental disorder(s).
***** Obviously we don't know why, and she probably didn't, either. But what I am saying is that she did the hand wave in front of the elevator just in case it started working and began to close. This makes perfect sense to me, as I would've done the exact same thing! Could you imagine how SCARY it would be to have the elevator doors close behind you, locking you in the hallway with a potential threat nearby?
Loey Kalel :/ You really think she was waving her hand to keep the elevator doors open? Yeah, that was clearly the reason, that's why she kept waving her hands even as she seemed to be walking away.
Joe Thacker ah alright, me ive been watching american cartoons - batman the animated series & robocop alpha commando, disney's Gargoyles. But the last anime i watched was Iron man 2010 series & Baki The Grappler.
Joe Thacker I try to be, but American cartoons are for Sure.. second tare/ 2nd place to Anime but they have a few good series Especially X-men 92 , Spider Man 94 series.
The Elisa Lam thing scared the living hell out of me, especially with how she was moving her hands. I personally think an employee with access to elevator controls and the ability to open the watertank, murdered her. If you look at how she steps out of the elevator and moves her arms, she is trying to set off some time of sensor to get the elevator doors to open or close. Creepy
Facts: 1. Elisa Lam suffered from bipolar disorder. 2. She ended up in a water tank on the roof of Cecil Hotel - the water tank was behind two doors with alarms that required access pass/code/key. 3. Hotel guests complained about dark colored water that smelled and tasted funny (this was due to Elisa's body that had laid in the water tanks for 14 days). 4. The movie "Dark Water" which is about a girl named Cecilia (close to the hotel name Cecil), moves into an apartment where the water starts to become black due to a body in the water tank, and in the end you see an elevator malfunctions like in the clip of Elisa Lam. The movie was made 8 years BEFORE Elisa Lams death. 6. Things like murder and suicide had happened before on the Cecil Hotel. 7. To get into the water you would have to climb up to the water tanks, lift the top off, climb down and close it. Almost if not completely impossible by yourself. 8. Autopsy reviled no drugs where involved. I'm legit freaked out...
+SunnySNSD//SUNSHINER She was obviously killed by someone who worked at the Hotel, maybe a maintenance worker? Also someone who had access to the elevator control panel/wiring etc.
+SunnySNSD//SUNSHINER Not to mention that she was naked, and her clothes were never found... and there's some fact about her cellphone either, I just don't remember now
Autumn Clarke That would only be politically correct if you found a toilet that were actually powerful enough to automatically flush down the naked body (along with the poo) after the death had taken place.
Autumn Clarke it actually happens quite often with old people. I saw a pic of dead man just like the manner you described :p I think it's related to blood pressure and heart attack
WOW. Being stabbed and drowned = Ruled by Suicide. WELP, looks like he stabbed himself 30 times, and then stumbled by the river and drowned himself! YUP. EDIT: Also the fact that the guy that was trying to uncover the truth about the octopus was murdered just makes me believe it more tbh
Elisa Lam has terrified me ever since I heard about it. But realistically guys, it's not supernatural. It's clear she was having some type of mental breakdown, and the elevator not working and the movie and disease treatment stuff is just odd coincidences. I still think though that it is possible that she could have been murdered... just not by a ghost
How quickly we write off people when they're diagnosed with a mental illness. Regardless of her strange movements at the end, or people's claim that it was supernatural, even if you take that out: the elevator not working at all for that extended amount of time until she steps out of it and leaves (hotels with cameras in the elevators usually have people monitoring them as well). The fact that she got through two doors that *should have* had alarms on them, but they never went off (and were not malfunctioning), the fact that she was able to get to the roof and into the tank even though authorities say that it was no easy feat. These are all much more important than a few strange movements in an elevator, if she had not been diagnosed as bipolar then there would be no debate. Being mentally disabled doesn't make you a ninja, all signs point to foul play by the shady hotel staff. That's why you should never travel alone, especially to another country, and especially as a woman.
Eh, I wouldn't say ghosts necessarily anyway. Her odd movements kind of reminded me of what people do when they're being mirrored by some one- similar to faking left, then right, before running in the other direction.
PapaDan95 how does that explain her somehow managing to get in a locked water tank and close herself in it? the people who found her had to saw the top of the tank open to get inside -.-
***** yes it might been some supernatural creature been pressing the elevator button while she is in it, and I guess that's why she was jumping outside the elevator.
Security of the hotel, who would have access to the cameras, control the elevator and have access to the roof?! Also, Rob did not mention the fact that the footage of the elevator have some minutes missing, people have found that out wich proves the security footage have been manipulated!
gilzineto The main thing missing is motive then. There's indeed a means to do it. That said, all the events would really discredit the "accidental death"fromthe get-go.How the hell do you "accidentally die" on a restricted area all on your own, inside a tank that should be almost impossible to enter by yourself. Seriously, investigators are real dumbasses sometimes...or they're covering for someone.
LeonGun8 nope, investigators are just being lazy and don't want to investigate. or the hotel owner didn't want police in his hotel stopping his probably only way of making money
Jonathan - Probably owned some people money or his wife or friend of hers got sick of his shit. Came into the office pretending to have a gun, made him drive his car out of town. Jonathan did the best he could but half way through the killer realised he couldn't drive without his classes. So he stopped and made him go to back seat... He tried to defending himself with a pocket it knife but failed horribly and got stabbed several times but not dead, despite the killer persistently trying. So the killer stopped at a creek and drowned him. Danny - The mystery is pretty much self-explained. The octopus got to him, the military man must have been someone who knew of this struggle and supported Danny's ideals. Elisa - ... Now that, is Seriously Strange.
Everytime I start these videos and hear the intro music, I haven't seen anything yet but my stomach drops because I do this bullshit at night and I'm the most paranoid person at night and UIGHHHHHH........... anyways onto the video :)
Here's a crazy theory for the last story. The building was haunted by demons. These demons are what forced the 2 serial killers to kill. Elisa was misdiagnosed as bipolar because she was a sensitive in regards to the paranormal. The night on the elevator she saw the demon and was attempting to hide from it, but towards the end of the security vid she became possessed by the demon. That was the reason for the strange movements. She was able to pass through the doors to the roof, because the demon could effectively take Elisa to another dimension. Then when on the roof returned to this dimension, and forced Elisa to drown herself. Demons travel through space and time, and this demon was attached to a writer that wrote the screenplay for the movie 8 years prior to this incident.
Wow. That is one great theory. Although... the whole idea of the possibly haunted building with some sort of supernatural entities forcing people to do things...it kind of reminds me of"The Shining" by Stephen King.
Sounds like a fairy tale. All the bits that are confusing, or require explanation, just say: "because demons" and that explains everything! Only it doesn't. At all. I'm more interested in the reality of what happened. Demons possessing her, then teleporting her into the Hotel reservoir doesn't explain anything at all.
HorseRancher92 I believe that it was being used to wash etc. Very few people (I hope) would drink foul smelling water. But I do believe their right to safe water in the hotel was violated.
Cissy2cute it takes a while for the body to decompose , and they were likley drinking it way before the smell and looks and any oticable detections , while the body was still in the early stages of decomposition
HorseRancher92 You are right. Decomposition begins almost right after the last breath is taken. Ewww......The Health Dept. claimed there was nothing to be concerned about, but that sure wouldn't convince me. I think I would sue also.
The Elisa Lam case. What she did is called the elevator game. An urban legend, which involves the player choosing a ten-floor building and pressing the buttons in a specific order. It is said that the elevator will open up into a completely different dimension, parallel to ours, but with only the player in it. My friend showed me the Elisa Lam video and told me that she got stuck in the parallel dimension...and that she was later found dead... OH MY HOLY MAMA! This is sooooo creepy! Creepy creepy creepy!
Taraz T If you watch the actual elevator footage on youtube you can see it was edited by someone before being released to the public. When the elevator door closes it actually jumps, this is the point it was edited between. It's obviously someone who works at the hotel murdered her. They knew to avoid the camera in the elevator and then when probably a struggle spilled into view of the elevator camera they had the power to get to and edit the video. That someone would have been avoiding drinking the hotel water for a couple weeks too i imagine, hence most likely not a resident.
Taraz T I've always thought that maybe.... the presence that kept the elevator open, also opened all the locks so she could go into the tank and die.....
Panda HT I really want her case solved, other murder cases leave me more rational, but if there is a ghost it's her own crying out for justice and peace.
I think Elisa was murdered by a hotel worker for someone had to get her to the water tower who would not set of any alarms and know their way around plus the whole not on camera thing an employee could easily erase that footage and someone would more then likely cover from them.
I have answers for all the "creepy/weird" stuff. First of all, those "creepy" hand movements are not creepy at all let me explain why she did that. When a elevator is malfunctioning you will try to wave your hand at the door, (i would also wave my hand at the side of the elevator door (the laser part) when the elevator became stuck (wouldn't close) , so she did that because she tried if the elevator would close, but as we saw her moving up and down and waving her hand at the side of the elevator door and it didn't work. So as Conclusion the Elevator was controlled by someone of the Hotel Staff and it was actually pretty smart of her to stay in the elevator because apparently that was the only place with an CCTV Camera, The Suspect stayed safe because he was not in sight by the camera, he planned everything and knew about the hotel. This was done by someone very smart of the Hotel Staff. R.I.P.
Dexter2020 Yeah but, She knew that someone of the Hotel Staff was doing this, so it wouldn't matter if she waved for help at the camera because, the Cameras/Elevator Doors were controlled by somone of the Hotel Staff, who was helping the person who was hunting her down. There is no way if this was a murder case that it was done by a single person, this was done by 2 people or a group of people, because the person who was controlling the elevator/camera was someone of the Hotel Staff and the other person may have been someone not working as a Hotel Employe or maybe aswell. The person controlling everything clearly turned all the alarms down, because the other person brought here to the watertower and there is no way that a alarm didn't go off, if it wasn't controlled by an Hotel Employee there would be an alarm. And why were the hallway cameras only turned off on that specific day? That just doesn't make any sense, there is endless amounts of proof that this is an Murder case! Please investigate more , this case clearly needs to be reopened.
Elisa Lam was killed by the staff. They caused the elevator malfunctions so that she couldn't go anywhere, also they knew the angle of the cameras view. When she entered the elevator she just tried to hide and when the doors refused to close she waved her hands to check if the sensor was irritated by anything. The staff had a key for the door and together they easily opened the tank and put her inside.
TheAwesomeInsane Quite a few reasons actually, not all of which might be applicable here: Fun, money, satisfying some weirdass fetish, curiosity, the list goes on...
Perhaps, but I still have my doubts. Most notably, if it really were the staff, it makes no sense to hide the corpse in a water tank where it would both spoil the water and be inevitably discovered. If it were to bring in attention, the body would be better placed somewhere much more visible, as stories of infected water will hardly be good for the image, so I am not convinced just yet...
Elisa Lam's unusual movements looks as though she is trying to provoke the elevator into closing its doors. Elevator doors have sensors that prevent them from closing if an object is in the way. The sensor appears to be malfunctioning as if it is detecting an object in the way and she is waving her hands around in an attempt to get it to function properly. The rest of the story is chilling. She is definitely stressed and on high alert.
I've researched the case of Elisa Lam and there is no mystery, however her case is a tragedy. Elisa Lam suffered from bipolar disorder, depression and was on numerous medications to treat it including anti-depressants and anti-psychotic medication. The behavior that she displays in the video is from someone who is clearly having a psychotic and manic episode. Anyone who has observed someone having such an episode can understand that the behavior is bizarre and makes no sense. The room she originally got was shared with roommates who asked that she be given another room due to her bizarre behavior. The lid to the tank was not locked and weighed less than 50 pounds. Even if the lid was the heaviest kind of steel 8.2 g/cm would have been 62 pounds with a lid hinged on one side which means she would have had to lift half that weight, about 32 pounds, hardly the bank vault that people make out. The doors were not always locked as attested to by the staff. The staff, witnesses stated that she had been by herself all day, there were no signs of foul play. Mania causes hallucinations and God only knows what she was hallucinating which caused her to climb into the water tank. Very sad case of a sick young girl who should not have been traveling by herself with her condition.
I work with mentally ill adults .what you're discribing is not bi polar, it a schizophrenia disorder. bi polar is when you have ups and downs...delusions are not a side effect of bi polar, that's a schizophrenia disorder.. meds used to treat bi polar are common drugs..it's very rare for those meds to have those side effects.. so you can't blame what happend to her on bi polar. That's utter bullshit...someone was following that woman and they murdered her. Period
+Mia Alexander well, I DO work with the mentally ill, since 1996. I'm a resident councilor at a home that houses mentally ill adults. This girl didn't look like she was having any sort of mental breakdown. She acted like she was scared shitless at what was coming behind her. This was not some mental breakdown. Someone murdered this poor woman and will probably never pay for their crimes.
Sometimes, alarms are placebos. For the sake of security, I will not give any particulars, however a place I am familiar with has multiple "alarmed" doors that are completely false. One way to know if a door is truly alarmed is if there are alarm components on the door and the frame.
Wait.. did you just say that bipolar is "when you have ups and downs"? "delusions are not a side effect of bi polar"... I can guarantee you know nothing about mental illness.
I always skip anything about Elisa Lam, the video footage disturbs me so much. I'm completely fine with everything else like this but for some reason that case just chills me.
It's not as creepy when they show the unedited elevator footage, if you look at the time stamp, you can see how much they sped it up. if you go to the geek and dorks channel, he posts it in a link
I think about how horrible it would be to know you had bathed and or drank the water and then found out a persons decaying body was in the water you had used and consumed!! Gross!! Couldn't drinking that water make people sick???
This may sound brutal but Rob's channel is so Kick ass, not because of the horrific deaths of people but just that he's a awesome storyteller with a awesome voice
Well this is my theory on Elisa Lams case. Elisa's autopsy showed no sign of drugs being in her system, that is a fact. I think she was murdered, because the weight of the tanks lid was to great for her to lift on her own. The killer was standing outside the elevator, pressing the button so she wouldn't be able to go. She stepped out of the elevator the first time to see if anyone was there, saw the killer and just went back inside, trying to get the elevator to start up by pressing all of the buttons. When she made the hand motions, it was addition to her telling the killer to stop pressing the buttons. Finally, she just decided to take the stairs. That is where the killer abducted her, because there was no cameras in the stairway.

I don't know why I watched these videos right before bed. Elisa Lams hand movements after getting off the elevator sends chills down my spine. Why was there footage cut after she moved her hands? Is there original uncut footage of her getting off the elevator?
Elisa Lam was having a mental breakdown. She was bipolar. People can do some superhuman things while having a psychotic breakdown. My husband is bipolar and when he doesnt take his meds, he goes into a manic mental breakdown, its sad :( Im glad I have medical power of atty so when it does happen, I can have him put into the hospital to stabilize him and get him back to "reality". Its a sad illness, my heart breaks for people who have mental illnesses. they cant help it. #StopTheStigma #RIPElisaLam
Yes, I'm really interested in this subject but I'm frightened that if I delve into this deeper my body, would be found deep in a river. You never know with this kind of stuff.
Callum Russell I too agree. I have been interested in these matters but commercialized media doesn't show what you want to know. It truly has its secrets
Callum Russell Well let me explain something to you, Illuminati went extinct in the 17th century. This happened because at this period of time in early America, if you were not Christian you would be tortured and killed, knowing that the Illuminati cult was atheist and contained many members, locals gave them two choices disband and never speak of it again or be killed. All members agreed to disband but soon after disbanding, they were all arrested, tortured and then burned at the stake. The Illuminati cult also did have a good amount of power in society which was also a reason for them to be killed. Illuminati has only become a popular meme today because people have mistaken them for the Free Masons which is a totally different topic. Hope you learned something!
corey495 They didn't become extinct. The same was said about the KKK, and they are still here. Just because a couple was arrested/killed..doesn't mean all of them are gone. Even if you are right, even if all was killed, what would stop someone from the same family of one of the members to go ahead and start all over ?
I doubt he was even driving the car. He couldn't drive without his glasses, and the majority of blood was found in the back seat. Sounds like he was taken against his will.
lurch321 Could've been a second pair. But who's to say he wasn't held at gunpoint and forced to get into the car... maybe by the person he was cheating with or even the wife herself 🙊.... Or it could be anyone else 😒😒
demonic possession is the only logical answer i can come up with for that one.... try to prove me wrong on it... only LOGICAL answer... Wizards Mind controlling her and teleporting her in there is not logical...
Majin Bewb then those people didn't know what bipolar was. It's a personality disorder. You don't hallucinate or anything like that. You may be thinking of schizophrenia.
no it looked like she was runing away from someone. why the elevator didint work? someone had to stop it so she wouldnt run away. who could do that? some security guard perhaps, they always monitor the elevators. and he didnt check on it nor her when elevator stopped working. they also have the roof access, so best gues it WAS security guard.
Who else is watching this in 2019? Doing a Matt-a-thon and a Rob-a-thon... for the nth time. 😂 I just love all their vids! Sending love and good vibes from Philippines to Matt and Rob my two fave youtubers.❤️
BlueMoonLightDreams No excuse for not having enough security cameras. She might still be alive, or we would have a good idea about what happened and who killed her.
Cissy2cute i feel her case is suicidal, bipolar people also have a genius side. that can let them figure out the most complex puzzles. in this case she found a way how to get into that water tank. OR its an inside job. the Hotel has a history of violence. Maybe they want to keep in the spot by having "sinister" events. and its curious that there was a movie so similar to what happen to her TWICE. a copy cat? i think so. then there is the strange way she behaves. look how she moves her hands as if she is swimming...sort of anticipating her death.
BlueMoonLightDreams I know bipolar people, some of whom have a very severe condition. Their moods may swing, but they don't go from acting normal to immediately going and killing themselves. Her hands--people please, this is an edited video with hand movement speeded up. Notice how jerky her movements appear. She is trying to explain to someone what is going on with the elevator or confronting someone in the hallway. Her movements throughout are one of someone acting like she realizes she is being stalked and trying to get away. I think the reason she is pressing so many buttons in the beginning is she is desperately trying to get someone's attention. Also by pressing so many buttons, she may have temporarily jammed the elevator. The full, unedited video is only in the hands of the authorities. This is the tragedy of a young girl who probably was stalked and killed. As sick as it seems, some places actually play on the violence that takes place within their walls in order to attract more tourists. A lot of "haunted houses" are infamous for doing this. And the area around the hotel was not exactly a safe one, bordering on Skid Row. The secrecy of this case is due to the fact that her family has asked that any further investigations be kept quiet (which of course has produced a number of crazy explanations). There is the possibility that she knew her killer.
BlueMoonLightDreams There probably were more cameras but somebody just doesn't want us to see the footage on those other cameras. There's absolutely no way that there was a camera in the elevator but not a single one in the hall, no way. There had to be more cameras in the hall, I'm sure of it.
***** Good point. And it may contain the evidence needed to solve the case but the police don't want the perp(s) to know they already possess that knowledge.
and the more creeper about Elsa Lam is that half of the elevator footage is missing like someone edit few things out it may be the killer u never know some mysterious are not meant to be solved...
T.N.T LOVAR It may also have been the police. In fact, they are under no obligation to release anything to the public. The edited footage may contain clues that only the killer(s) would know.
+Cissy2cute police never cover things up right? PFFT. Yeah it would seem the video was edited and chopped to fit the public's interpretations to make her look confused, paranoid and as though she was either tripping or off her medication
Holy shit. Case three is something I know about. The reason she was pressing all the buttons is because she was performing a ritual. (I don't believe it works, but I'm to scared to try it out for myself.) Supposedly by pressing all the buttons in an elevator from lowest to highest number, the doors will close, and when they open again you will step out to find yourself on "a separate dimensional plane to our own." If the doors don't close, it's supposed to mean that you did it wrong and could be in serious danger. Anyone else pick up on that?
That's interesting. Including the other theories that there was something physiologically wrong with her, she could have believed that had happened, hence the strange movements. But how did she end up in that water tank...
Furisca Fynn SUPPOSEDLY when you enter the seperate plane you're still connected to our one, so you still move, but since you technically aren't in the same place you're able to surpass most boundaries. But that can't be true, the ritual doesn't actually work... Right?
The Elisa Lam story has happend to someone else if you check out Trisha Paytas, she said she was in the elevator and heard footsteps so she went out quickly looked and went back in and the footsteps were getting closer and closer but no one was around she ended up getting locked in the stair well until an employee heard her and let her out. But she never saw a person it was simply just footsteps
The Cecil Hotel was already famous for the amount of weird shit that went on there - murders, suicides, supposed hauntings, and plenty of drug induced madness among the residents. Some places are just weird shit magnets, and that hotel was definitely one of them even before Elisa Lam died there.
+neuralmute There was a Cecil Hotel in Calgary, AB, Canada that had pretty much the same description & types of clientele. I thought the video was talking about the Canadian one.
LunaofChaos I didn't know about the Cecil Hotel in Calgary, but I know a few people who grew up in the prairie provinces, and can attest to the amounts of high weirdness going on out west. I wouldn't be surprised at all to hear about this sort of weird shit going on in Calgary.
