Just bought mine today, prety good saw, the original blade is cheap and dust collection is'nt good, but it does what it need to do. Will be a good addition to my workshop, already have a planer from sheppach. Thank you for the video.

Very helpful, thanks - I'm looking at buying one of these in the UK for £83 from B&Q (a large DIY chain).

someone didnt read there instructions properly it tells you how to set up for the angle cut and what you need to adjust , when replacing the blade go for a 40 tooth blade or even a 60 tooth blade this will reduce the saw dust going everywhere and produce a nicer accurate even cut ,the blade that is supplied is for rip cuts very fast messy and rough on the wood ,

Bought the same one when they hade it for 999 :- Sek on Jula around Christmas. I have noticed the same things, a lot of saw dust, noisy, pretty rough blade and also that it seems to surge a lot of watts at startup due to no soft start. But for the money I paid I think it is pretty good. And thanks for the heads up regarding the angle cut, I guess I would have found out the hard way as well :D

Thanks for the comment! Happy if the video was able to save your saw from unnecessary damage and a broken blade! :)

seen this model in B&Q for £84, for the price it seems to worth a punt. Did you have any issues setting up the blade to cut straight at 90. Seen that it gives a rough cut is that down to the blade? I'll look to get a 48 or 60 tooth blade for that finer cut.

The rough cut was the blade, I bought a new blade 60T-216x30x2,6mm and that did the trick! Mine cut straight 90, no problem. Don´t forget to move the guide, so you don´t damage the new blade.
