Sciatic is a painful condition that can cause pain down a person’s leg and needs to be medically cleared. Often times, individuals that experience the condition present with limited hip internal rotation. Limited internal rotation can cause muscle tightness at the back on the pelvis which may impact a persons sciatica symptoms.
