The segment with the rings..... out of camera shot is someone working with a bow drill.... Swinging from tree to tree reminds me of my younger years, swing from alder to alder and seeing how far we could go, great times, great video.
Hey thats me! Old Squirrel! HahaDakota did an awesome job teaching that segment of class. It was alot of fun and really an eye opener to movement in the wilderness!Balance and squirrel form were my favorite.
