Can we just talk about the mvp scp foundation member who jumped into the river to save the scp. Like that is crazy dangerous considering how little they actually knew about the scp at the time.

This is a sad story. I wonder if they could take DNA samples, clone more, send them in with him, and give the appearance that there were survivors. That, or at the very least change his containment chamber to closer resemble his home.

In all of my time in the wiki I've never heard of this one... That's why I love this channel, even if you know most of the anomalies you can always find new, familiar, or most of all entertaining content!

Probably the same guy that, when confronted to a humanoid showing all signs of a terrible depression (after the loss of the entirety of his fellows), decided to put it in an isolation room, driving the poor creature closer to madness. Because, you know, being apathic after such a traumatic event must mean "lack of human intelligence". You didn't think the SCP fundation were the good guys, right?

I mean, I'm pretty sure with all the things The Foundation has at it's disposal, I'm pretty sure they could do SOMETHING. It's just that the author of this SCP entry specifically wants it to be a heartfelt tragedy.

Did somebody ever consider to use SCP-2000, or at least a part of its facility, to try and re-create its species? I know the Foundation is cold every single time somebody wants to use its ressources for something different than capturing SCP-096, teasing Dr. Bright or nuking SCP-682, but srs, this would be a perfect opportunity to really undo something for good.

My god! This is one SCP that almost made me cry! I honestly want to give the lizard man a hug. I also would honestly like to see someone expand upon 6415’s species and culture. Hopefully to give us hope of ending 6415’s pain and reunite him with his kind.

Actually, the Foundation not existing and the various deadly anomalies being loosed upon the world would be a pretty good way to contain the Scarlet King. He’s kind of a weird anomaly like that

Nice 173 redesign. It's Looks like combination of one of the pupular redesign with a tribute to the original.

Some of the newer SCPs are genuinely good, and this is one of those rare good ones. No ridiculous special snowflake qualities, no horrible power creep, and nothing negative; just a poor creature that's contained for its preservation that serves as a reminder that there is no such thing as a "necessary evil" since all evil is equally bad. Poor thing.

Why not give amnestics to 6415? It's morally questionable but would clearly give it a better life than it has now. Perhaps it would even be willing to properly communicate with the foundation if not severely depressed

They need to set up a form of counseling and comfort for him. Maybe redecorating the containment chamber to resemble his home a bit.

Sometimes the Foundation is its own worst enemy, you have the surviving member of species you have yet to determine if it is sapient but it shows no signs of aggression. So what is there first thought? Lets see if we can piss it off and it aggressive, not like they haven't already pushed plenty of the perfectly safe scps to become malicious and dangerous. They should give him sometime with the tickle monster, or maybe introduce him to 5031 so he could have a chance at making friend. At least give him a pool of some kind let him hunt his own fish.

When that part was revealed, it took every fiber of my being to not let a tear shed. This story was truly tragic and perhaps a little wreckless on the Foundation's behalf. There may have been a better way to stop that lizard but I can also understand that they had to think quick since that lizard isn't above murdering children too. Sheesh, now I need a hug 😢

Best option, wait for the moment. Also: How about putting SCP-6415 with SCP-682 if we cannot respawn the family by any means. Before doing it better research if any fellow members of his species remained. If we cannot consolate him we better learn from him or expose it to the reptile SCP-682 to observe the interaction or relieve the damage altogether by singing. The bonds of that people are strong that they feel if they are alone, is more humane to terminate it in order to reincarnate if we don't find other trails. Say what you want but each second in pain of that being is not allright. Ease the pain or purge it. Best action is to be friends with him and see how it evolves as a peak option because some of his species might be alive somewhere else on the planet. What a fucking decision to ponder. It's the last of his kind, but not alone, we can be his friends with some risks of accidents or biological compounds it might carry. It is possibly from shark clan, atlantean related but more like the village establishments, not the city.
