I’ve been making these little crosses out of scrap pieces of wood and I thought I would show you how I make them. I also have made hearts and letters. These are great gifts and they are a great way to use up the little pieces that can’t be used for other things. Thanks for watching and I hope you can make some of these too!

I made crosses from 3 cross plan, but thinner cross was hard to do without it breaking, love your method, every one's going to get crosses for x-mas. thanks for all your help, love you , take care.

Brand new to your channel… through a google search for scrap wood cross ideas. Definitely subscribed. Curious about the salt in the glue…never seen that before. I’m “jealous”of that workshop and that awesome band saw. I do have awesome workspace… I’m blessed. Your crosses are amazing. I look forward to watching more videos.

Welcome! Thanks for watching and I hope you are able to make some crosses like these! I hardly use the glue method, only when something is just sliding too much. I've seen other use sawdust the same way. :)

Love how the crosses turned out and the letters also!!! Both will make wonderful gifts. You have really perfected a good way to make the process go quickly. It's great to use up cutoffs. I can't bring myself to throw them away because they always come in useful for something. Keep up the great work!

Awesome says always. When I was to find a new life after my injury. God is leading me to make crosses and give to every situation in people's lives. I love how you explain and show the errors that could happen when you start a project. My question to you is, what are you using to write the scripture?

Hello, those "plugs" with the scripture were made using a laser. Steve Good offers that service, to make plugs (he calls them coins) like that for you. Hello, my neighbor made them for me, but now I have a laser myself and either make the disks or put the verse or logo directly on my project. Steve Good does offer a service where he will make these for you. He has a few designs to choose from. It is thin plywood that has been cut into 2" diameter circles. My neighbor made these for me but I will be making them now too. Also Steve Good has some designs and will make these for people at $1 each I think. 👍

Awesome job and great idea! That’ll be my next project. Love the cross that has the overhang on it. As always love your energy and positivity. Is it a coincidence that at the beginning of the vid your C clamps seem to spell out Cy?

Thanks so much! Have fun making them! I purposely used those tools to spell Cy :) I have it spelled all over my shop with different tools!!!!
