Scrapped Skylanders 

If Sniper was an actual skylander that would have been cool, especially since there isn't any sniper-based skylanders

I am so glad someone finally talked extensively about all of these poor lost and forgotten scrapped Skylanders, other than Skylanders Eon of course!

hearing about the beta swap force "shapeshifters" skylanders actually reminded me of something that I remembered thinking about one time where I thought "imagine if you were able to not just swap tops and bottoms but also the arms or weapons that the skylander had?". I'm actually surprised they had that in mind at one point but later scrapped it. And also, I do see that they brought the idea back in imaginators

1:12 Fun fact, this cyclops with a spear is actually a scrapped life skylander from I believe skylanders giants, even had a figure modeled. This is my first time seeing what is possibly his portal animation. Would have been cool to have him since there wasn't ever really a straight up normal cyclops playable.

Skylanders was actually my childhood, so it's so cool to see quality videos like this in 2021.

You missed one of the scrapped skylanders in Spyros Adventure. I might of missed it, but you forgotten Vathek. Vathek was actually supposed to be the Undead Dragon skylander. However, he would later be swapped with Cynder. So he pretty much became a boss that appears just once.

If only i could buy the scrapped swap force characters

Hey, this gave me a really cool idea for a new series ! You could take some Skylanders concept art and/or fanart and imagine ''What if'' they made it in the games. Like, what if this ennemy was in the game ? What would be his attacks and behavior ? You could do the same with actual Skylanders and make up a moveset for them. I think it would be pretty interesting !

I love how the Vicarious Visions Wind-Up is in the thumbnail, but not in the actual video. xD

Sun Dragon is another scrapped Skylander for Spyro's Adventure. I wish he made it in (and that he and Camo can coexist) because I think he's pretty cool and I feel like he should be given a second chance to find abilities right for him, since the reason he was originally scrapped was due to the powers he had not fitting well with his design. It would be nice to own a figure of him if nothing else.

Almost all of these guys have a design flaw that makes them somewhat unmarketable aside from the shapeshifters imo. Although sniper looks pretty cool but all his attacks seam a bit too unconventional.

I also think Tarclops gameplay became zap. But there is a hat in swap force(i don't remember the name) which has exactly the same face, so it can be an easter egg maybe

Heartbreaker buckshot being scrapped is a REAL heartbreak

I actually like the OG version's of the Swap force characters better but maybe that's just because they look like Reptiles/aquatic creatures and I love those. Still not as upsetting as the scraped Grown-up Spyro in Skylanders 7 though!

I remember seeing some concept art from Super Chargers that showed Smash Hit as a Pachycephalosaurus “Head Ram Dinosaur” total makes more sense with a name like Smash Hit and would’ve been so epic! I’m not a fan of that rabbit/marsupial thing they ended up going with, I think that trash was originally the life Super Charger.

I think that hearthbreaker Buckshot is one of the best looking skylanders so it is pretty sad that he is not available

Extra scrapped skylanders: VVind up: This skylander was a red and white wind up that had the letter v on it, it has a winterfest colour scheme and is presumed to be vicourious visions wind up. Goldie: Goldie was found in thr files for imaginators as a assumed self insert of a developer, this skylander does not take damage and none of his coins, levels or xp save, he is permanently stuck at level 20 Template template: This green man has a purple shirt and blue trousers with black shoes, he has attacks that dont work and was a template for swap force, he also appears in other games missing textures, (hes either coloured white or orange or with his textured look.) If i missed anything its because i dont know about it

That scrapped Sniper troll must have been a main inspiration for Grunkin Gobsprout. Metal Mage should have been a Nightmare Villain. His character design and color scheme are very similar to other Nightmare Villains.

Skylanders game idea: skylanders, the lost ones, the game would include scrapped skylanders (yes, that means tarclops) and enemies. Now of course you can still play as other skylanders from other games. No story yet.

(In the video Skylander Gamer TV said maybe VV got some leftover Skylander ideas from Toys For Bob) Actually Toys For Bob made all of the Skylanders toys. VV only was in charge of making the games so they had 0 effect on the creation of Skylanders characters.

tbh they should make skylanders scrap landers it would be a game where all the scrapped skylanders are playable. kaos tries to fight with time travel and bring them back to the 6 og skylanders games' final levels where they would fight kaos by ramming him with all the different gimmicks from the last games re released or you could use the old ones if you had the things. but you would get a 1.0.2 trap team update with new skystones only unlocked after putting the new skylanders scrap landers villains in the portal. there would be new villains and you could get the rereleased superchargers vehicles. skystones would return and it would be called time stones instead like creation clash was to the og skystones. you could link it with lego dimensions 2 since nintnedo figures were in skylanders and they made lego mario. and disney too since lego made disney legos. kaos in the final fight of the game gets into the arkeyan conquer tron and the skylanders team up with all of the characters from the entire series who are not evil and punch the conquer tron and spam all their moves and kaos gets blown up in the conquer tron and he gets put in regular jail since he lost his magic powers from the explosion.

Pretty good video! I'd encourage you to put more work into a script, since you sound a bit unsure in your delivery at certain points, with the slight pauses and use of very uncertain language

At 7:21 this cameo is actually a reused asset from Skylanders Swap force. And you missed a scrapped character from Skylanders trap team known as flam bam, who (according to the wiki) had a figure produced, but was ultimately used as a character for Chomp Chest’s villain quest
