This week we make custom fiberglass panels to simulate the aluminum panels on the full scale Pitts. They will be attached with #2 button head sheet metal screws, from micro fasteners.
Nice job! You can also make your own wing skins using that method on a piece of glass so they are dead flat. Then use the skins in place of balsa. I will be using that technique but using carbon fiber on my upcoming A4 Skyhawk build.
