The seller's advertisement photo on Ebay has the correct Sandisk font visible in the number 100 MB/s, the one you received as a buyer has a skinnier font as well as an indented micro-holder on blisterpak.

I just got a 128gb sd card. I immediately used it right after I received the item and I transferred all my pictures. It was working fine for the first few days I think. I have also got a fake from Amazon. From now on only only buying from tech stores. Such as Best Buy and places like that. And also walking in the store. I’m done buying sd cards online. eBay is also famous for selling rip offs.
I have bought a 128GB SD card. Its all in the SanDisk packaging and looks to be genuine. Its a SanDisk Extreme Pro microSDXC. I have put it through the Windows 10 test and it doesn't come up with any errors. The reading for used space is 917,504 bytes, 896Kb. The free space reads 127,831,900,160 bytes, 119GB. First of all, what do those figures mean? How much have I lost, and is it possible to ascertain just from this information if it is the genuine article?
hi barney, the data you gave was the size of the card 917,504 bytes, 896Kb. - is the firmware pre loaded onto the card (this data cant be deleted or space used) its saying you have just under 128Gigabits of memory free to use. this however can be manipulated to show this, so not really a telltale sign.
what if my laptop is old garbage and I don't know how fast the reader is? I got 18 MB/s with adapter on a card that's supposed to be 90 MB/s write. random android phone says 28 MB/s write but then again I don't know the phone's writer's speed either coz I don't have a 100% legit ultra fast card to test with. otherwise it looks genuine 🤔

So Far Visually The Packages Looks Authentic. The Resolution Of The Printing Is Really Good. The Only Difference Is The Gold Lettering "Extreme Pro" etc Was Not Reflective Gold But Like A Flat Gold Color. What App Did You Use To Test The Speed?
Stay away from ebay when it comes to Sd card No matter how sweet the deal. They do great work when trying to defraud you. These fake ones at some point will fail.
@@budiman4395 nah. Amazon also sells just as many fakes as genuine. It’s to hard to tell. Just want I to Best Buy and leave knowing you got what you paid for. Any sd card you see on line that seems like a really great bargain and is cheaper than retail stores in 100% a fake.

I should've seen this a couple of days ago. I recently bought a 256gb sandisk extreme pro, the same as what you have. I even asked the seller if it was genuine and he said it was 🤦🏻♂️ I did the benchmarks, write/read speeds were at 8/20 MB/s respectively. *Insert all the cuss words here
