Omg I missed this one. It looks so good. I make a yellow squash chowder like that ,only difference is I use a sweet onion and squash in place of shrimp and i dont use the bacon. It's delicious, so I know your dish will be. Back when Red lobster very first opened they had a dish called Shrimp Au Gratin , oh my lord was it good. They no longer have it. I've heard some people over the years say Cheese does not belong with seafood. Boy are they WRONG. Thanks again Charlie, From Your #1 fan and cheerleader lol 😊
