It is possible he found the Pishon and if he did, the real Pishon could be anywhere from 50' to 500' below the surface where he drove his 4X4. Reality is, this is an exciting adventure to find nothing but a Saudi desert dry Wadi (wash) bed. The Pishon could be 1,000 miles North or South from where Saudi is. How far did Noah's boat float or get pushed by the currents anyway? Those rivers are long gone, buried under tens if not 100's of feet of sediment.

I was just studying this to explain to my sister in Christ Jesus❤I am in agreement with you, because all the rivers came OUT of Edan. One of God’s mysteries here on earth. God has hidden the garden. I can read one verse and get something different out of it every single time. I always ask for discernment of spirits. Yes you’re exactly right. The fountains of the deep burst forth as well. This was a global flood that when over the highest mountains as it is written. This amount of water coming forth from below plus the windows of heaven opened up and raining for 40 days there is no way that the original rivers are the current rivers. If the Graden of Eden still exists after all that water plus the removing of all that water (massive erosion) it would have cheribum with flaming swords blocking the entrance unless this was undone with Christ. The world prior to the flood and the world after the flood are not the same. They simply can’t be. Water in movement is destructive and would have moved massive amounts of land around as it came forth and as it receded. It took a year for them to get off the boat.

Saying it "flows" does not mean the sources of the rivers were from there. "Flowing from" could also mean they intersect and separate out of Eden.

There is no way this is eden. I love the Lord and the Bible. The ancient world wide flood would have completely erased all evidence of Eden. The mountains rose and valleys sank. They floated for 150 days before the ark settled, no way they ended up in the same area. When they exited the ark over a year later they were in a completely different area on a completely different topography.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I would have liked it if he addressed this in the video. But yeah, all the evidence lines up so perfectly it's hard to dispute. God certainly could have preserved the geography of this area if he wanted. And if I recall correctly, Genesis was written after the flood. So, I think that could actually explain it. Moses wrote the book of Genesis after the flood through inspiration of the Holy Spirit who knew exactly where the Garden of Eden was located. Moses (through inspiration of the Holy Spirit) was using rivers and landmark that were known at the time to tell us where it had been located. It is gone but it's location can still be known.

I really would like to know, as the Philippines would make sense because it is so beautiful, however, going by the description in the bible, the Philippines is no where near the other two rivers. Even looking at Pangea, before the flood, it is as far as one can get on the eastern coast. Answer and Explanation: When Pangaea was fully formed, the islands and early precursors of what is now the Philippines were in the Northern Hemisphere. Then read Genesis 7, 17-24. Imagine the masses of water that destroyed Eden and changed the whole surface of the world. No riverbed would be the same afterwards.

@@herr.schmidt this has been my main concern whenever I hear others theories about a geographical location. For all we really know those rivers are now mountains. Or perhaps Eden is on the opposite of the world.

Not only that, but the stream flowing out of Eden branched out to make four rivers. This channel is saying the opposite of what it says in Genesis 2:10.

​@@herr.schmidtIf the underwater springs remained, then the rivers could have survived. If the riverbed was really 1.7 miles wide... That probably still remained in some capacity post flood, and the water would follow the path of least resistance. River routes would change, but they would still exist in the same general area.
