3 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
7 Tablespoon salted butter
1 TB chopped parsley (reserve some for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sugar to taste (optional if sauce is too acidic)

salt to taste
2 Table spoon butter (for basting)
Minced Fried Shallot (optional garnish)
