I found the rotom island almost immediately when I started the isle of armor and when I saw the flying type rotom roaming in the open it's fair to say I was a big fan

Actual hidden places in Galar: 1) Next to Sonia's lab, you can go right/east (behind the trees) for an item 2) Behind Magnolia's lab, you can find a TM 3) At Stow-On-Side you can get an item behind the Pokemon Center 4) Also in Stow-On-Side, there's a ladder below Bronzong (you can see it in this video) going south where you can find a TM. 5) On Route 9, after getting the upgraded Rotom Bike, you can surf past the fisher woman near the bridge at the start of the route where you can find a TM 6) Just before Wyndon on Route 10, after you beat the trainers leading up to Wyndon, there's a small area on the right where you can find a TM

i really hoped new pokemon games add secret areas that need alot of work and technique to complete, like Regi's morse puzzle, deoxys triagle puzzle, rayquaza mach bike way, etc. or just new areas that keep legendaries in particular

Probably scraping the bottom of the barrel since there aren't that many hidden areas in this game.

Megasnap Dedoodle - True. He didn’t even mention that one of the important items you pick up on the roof is the Cracked Pot used to evolve Sinistea. The place in Stow-on-Side that’s easiest to overlook is actually the ladder and ledges to the south.

That lake listed as first: you can swim futher and reach another piece of land to explore. Not much there but i belive some TR is there (correct me if i'm wrong, it's been a while).

Found out about Route 2 yesterday saw an Obstagoon blocking a path looking all menacing 😂 I go up to him and fight him and low and behold he was a shiny

I didn't know about the area on Route 2 til recently when I was trying to find Feebas 🙃 I always forget to backtrack in older areas

The island on route two is accessible when your heading towards the seventh gym as you've just beaten the sixth and are travelling to the seventh, the island is the only place to fish for a Feebas.

For the record, the Bicycle Water Mode is available at the start of Route 9 immediately after Circhester. (That’s Gym 6) BTW, Stow-on-Side has another semi-hidden area to the south. Behind the Maractus, there’s a ladder leading to a ledge down the cliff.

Definitely not an “amazing” video as he failed to mention half of the actual hidden spots with items and such! But to each, their own! Also I agree, the avatar was distracting and only seeing half the screen is a big turn off watching.

The 'subway train-thing' is the monorail that takes one to various parts of Windon. Too bad that we can't see the player actually boarding it (almost made it feel like the character was pulled into that tube and dropped into the other spots whenever I took it).

on rotom island you can also get some cloths. if you have a slowpoke and/or slowbro in your party and talk to that girl she'll give you cloths

1) Route 2 island (and strip of land past that, but it isn't mentioned) 2) Elemental Pledge Tutor at Hammerlocke Dock 3) Rotom Island & Galarica Cuff NPC (on Isle of Armor) 4) Stow-on-Side Rooftops 5) Wyndon Park Bench Area (the back alley connecting Wyndon Stadium to the hotel; you can acquire a Black Sludge here) 6) The Gamefreak Room in the right side of the Circhester City Hotel 7) The Lake of Outrage in the wild area (where eeveelutions can be caught); The Giant's Mirror is also mentioned

Rotom island was actually the first thing i visted after defeating Avery. I was just curious how far i can swim if it's an open sea area and i hit that island first and immediately i realized that the girl who want the sticks will propably make an item used to evolve Slowbro - i realized that before such information was on the internet so i'm pretty happy i figured it out myself.

For those that havent found them all and those that got the game more recently because they needed to save up for them. I completed the base game two days ago because i couldnt take my switch to uni but the work load has gone down now and i finish next week so ive been playing more

Ngl, the only places mentioned in this video that I _haven't_ found before was the Rotom Island. I have a habit of exploring everything, got it from old Pokémon games since there were secrets everywhere.

7:09 looks like a city under quarantine. Imagine if there were people walking up and down the strips, speaking to each other, and sitting on the benches with Pokemon also walking, or swimming in the river or flying past in the sky.

I like how you mentioned the island on route 2 but didn’t mention the area on the other side of the lake with the obstagoon and the item. I guess it’s not quite as pretty but it is hidden and many people probably miss it. I’d also love for you to have added the small island out in the isle of armor sea (I think it’s stepping stone sea) where you can pick up nature mints daily... or that you can get EXP candies on the honeycomb island, or the advantages on the crown or ditto island off in workout sea. I did like the view from the rooftop in stow on side and the view of the river in wyndon. They’re definitely worth mentioning.

near the first iland there is a path at the back with an obstagoon and a pokeball aswell as a path with a waterstone on the oposite end in the town of the first gym next to the fire rock of the puzzle there is a water path with a crabraler and a tm or an item

I know no-one would probably get to me, but if you have Pokémon Sword and not Shield, can you still get the Isle of Armour? I really want an Alolan Vulpix, it’s my favourite Pokémon!

Yes? Every dlc is available to sword/shield.

You can buy both DLCs for each game. So if you buy it for Sword, you only get the DLC with Sword. If you have Shield with DLC on Sword, you can’t play it, vice-versa. So make sure you get it for the version you DO have!

ive looked at so many secret area videos on pokemon sword and shield and I've found all of them, is it just me or is the game really linear compared to older games with more off-beaten paths
