Aslam Alaikum. This is video is about chicken coating recipe. Fried chicken with this coating gets extra falour.
Small Ratio:
Corn Flour: 500g
Salt: 15g
White Pepper: 12.5g
Black Pepper: 7.5g
ginger powder: 2.5g
Baking Soda: 2.5g
Usage: Use 100g of this base with 1kg of maida or plain flour.

Assalamu'alaikum, finally I made the Zinger chicken with the marination powder and outer coating/breading recipe. It's sooooo yummmmyyyyy, we all enjoyed it. Thanks to Afzaal bhai for his amazing recipes. So far I've tried his Nihari powder+ Nihari recipe, Butter Chicken and today Zinger/KFC Chicken. It’s true I strongly believe that there must be some spices in coating..I used to make with spices but once I tried without spices after watching a chef’s video who told to make without it but I didn’t like it at all ..doesn’t matter how long you marinate chicken and what put in it but if you use any spice in coating n use only flour ,the taste will be with huge difference

Not 70g salt. Only 60g salt enough

This salt is too small for 20kg flour.The coating will almost be saltless. The salt should be 600g not 60g (30g×20kg)
