@@cwtek1 Back screen with a floating box that says No Signal. Have followed at least a dozen RU-vid videos and nothing ever changes. Have now put in about 6 hours on this issue and ruined my weekend. I am beyond frustrated . I think I just have to order a whole new firestick and remote .
@@daleyoungman So this looks like your Tv cannot see the firestick, to rule out a problem with your TV please try the stick in another tv, if that works then try a different HDMI port on the TV, make sure you are using the original Amazon power adapter and cable supplied with the firestick, also it could be your TV cannot accept the resolution output by the stick in which case plug it in to another TV and set the resolution to 480. Hope something here helps.
@@cwtek1 Thank you for the suggestions. It was working perfectly on Saturday night but not on Sunday after I moved it a few feet and the cable into the stick came unplugged. I may have damaged the port trying to plug it back in. After spending now almost 7 hours on it I just ordered a whole new firestick and remote . Too frustrating!
