this is true..I ended up doing the discard because I found out about the other supply. I blocked phone numbers social media and haven’t talked to them since. I wasn’t supposed to know about the other supply. I was supposed to just be put on the shelf. But thank God He showed me what was really going on and I did the discard. I actually hold the power through never speaking to them, not checking social media, and living my best life. Grateful the good Lord saw fit to show me what was up. It hurt like heck but in the end I’m grateful I’m not on a hamster wheel. Grateful for this channel for helping me understand this stuff because honestly I was green to narcissism

She’s not lying!!! I got diagnosed with bipolar disorder a few years ago and am now on antipsychotics because I was in and out of psychosis for en entire year !!!! I lost sooo many friends and family , my job! It completely changed and ruined me and I had to start from ground zero!! I’m talking I cut my bank cards off , walking up into peoples houses and going in there cars and shit! I completely lost my mind!!! I didn’t even have control of my bladder anymore I was like a 1yr old child! I was hospitalized on and off for a year was homeless as well! (In the winter!) went from shelter to shelter for abused women and got kicked out because my mind wasn’t right ! I literally LOSTTTT MY MINDDD!! Wasn’t the same person anymore! Lost faith in God I wasn’t close to him anymore I lost fucking every damn thing! These mfs will RUIN ur life on purpose and take everything from you and I mean EVERYTHING INCLUDING UR SANITY!! I was the sweetest most loving and giving person ever I’m such an empath and he took advantage of that and broke my fucking mind! Butttt I found God again and I found me a new man!! He treats me amazingly been together for almost 3 years now, once I graduate college and become a registered massage therapist we plan on getting married and starting a family and opening a business (clinic) life’s been pretty good!! I’m working as an early childhood assistant rn and I love it and I’m very happy, the happiest I’ve ever been in like forever because I’ve never been happy before ! My sister is a narc and my mother is too, life’s always been tough for me, was a foster child went from house to house and all that kinda stuff but I’m not letting that stigma get me down! I am the black sheep but idc I’m proud to be different from all these other white sheep’s in life! I’m doing a lot better mentally and in my life! That person controlled everything in my life!! Chose when I would eat food and would starve me , torture and drown our cats we had, after getting them soaked he would leave them on the balcony in the cold in the winter .. like trust me I’ve been through itttt!!! The worst fucking thing that’s honestly ever happened to me and it changed my life forever but I’ve taken the positives from it and will raise my children right with love and my future husband with help that , we will show them unconditional love and show them THIS is how someone is supposed to treat you if they claim they love you! I’m in a very happy and healthy relationship I couldn’t ask for anyone better! He makes me want to be a better person everyday and motivates me to workout and eat healthy and do yoga (I’m going for part 2 of open heart surgery again and I’ve been pronounced dead twice in my life, hence why we also can’t have children rn or the baby and I would die) so im waiting until after my surgery and when I finish college to start my future with my future hubby!! 😊😊🥰🥰 all I can say is GET OUT OF THAT TOXIC RELATIONSHIP!!! Because it’s not worth feeling like wanting to die all the time and wanting to end ur life!! Be with someone that up lifts you! YOU ARE ENOUGH! Someone will take the time to care for you and love and appreciate you even if you have toxic family they’ll be there by ur side to hold you and make you feel better and say everything’s going to be okay! My bf never encourages me to cut off any of my family as toxic as they are but the only person I really only speak to is my father (he’s not a narc, I got my big loving heart from him!) I love him very much as well!! But keep ur head up and know that this situation is just temporary!!! You have to go through this in life so you can teach urself ur worth and what you’ll never put up with ever again! So you can teach ur children to look out for these kinds of demonic spirits! It’s a huge life lesson to be taught ! I’m happy in a way I went through this because I’ve learned a lot about myself and my partner helps me everyday with my bipolar disorder… I know I’m talking all over the place but I’m trying to squeeze in a almost 4 year traumatic relationship experience into one text bubble while also trying to explain my past back story as to how I got into this situation in the first place!! Because shitty parents will make you find shitty ppl in life where you don’t know ur self worth and ur stuck figuring it out for urself! That’s why my husband and I are going to teach our children how to treat people and how you should be treated and always be respectful of other people and what not. Hope this helps :))

He calls me bipolar, when he was the problem that cause it! He don't even know his wrong doing! I am mentally strong because I am alone since I was a kid even tho I had parents and siblings!! My mom had many of us so she couldn't focus on me much but I realize that my strength was really strong!!

I had a narcissist do a hard discard. They blamed me for everything, told me in so many words they were aware of the things they were doing the whole time. They didn't want to see it anymore. We should be with other people. I was terrible to them, but we could be friends. Not long after, he was in a new relationship. But I was really feed up and was giving him ultimatums and threatening him. He rebeled against every ultimatum. I have heard this is the kind of break up they do when they want you to hurt for a long time.

My ex narc faked heart problems to sucker me back in after I discarded him. Then I found out he had new supply and made it official with her on my birthday. I discarded him again and I'm currently 38 days no contact with no interest in ever looking back. He's blocked in every way imaginable.

That is so true one of the supplies called me because she knew me and she was crying because she thought we was divorced and everything and was not together and she was playing house with him for three months rolled up on that pigeon he didn’t have no words on me I tapped on that window, knowing he had another new supply of in there, so I I told him to that window, what I thought and then he proceeded to block me and keep his new supply hidden out he still talking to my brother I don’t know if that’s the way he’s gonna try to Hoover me or not. It is over. My door is off-limits to that pigeon. We have to keep reminding yourself of those gut fillings as well.

This is absolutely truth as far as changing your brain patterns, etc. they cause the amygdala to swell in the frontal lobe, which is responsible for impulsive decision, making when the amygdala swells we have less control over our actions and happen to have exuberant reactions to almost everything coming from a state of fight or flight The cortisol levels in your body are so high you cannot process emotions rationally. This will then be turned around on you once you react. DO NOT REACT! In some states, narcissistic abuse or mental abuse is punishable in a court of law. Some of these people have taken ridiculous amounts of our lives, and they deserve to be held accountable for what they have done. Many of us cannot go on about our lives due to the brain damage. My hope and prayer is that this information gets to people in time. Had I been informed I may not have ended up in my situation. I WILL HEAL they will always be what they are! This video came divinely on time. As you were posting it I was writing out what I now see from this video was the true discard and closer. I got ganged up on by two Christian narcissists one overt and one covert and the way they were triangulating me at the time I had no idea they were actually trying to pull me in closer because they were making it sound like they got along better without me. So I separated myself from them per their wishes I thought. Then the manipulation and abuse got worse. To me that’s proof we really don’t get along. So to live peaceably I stopped talking to them. I thought it was CLEAR our friendship had ended with all the blow ups that had happened with them and us not even being able to be on speaking terms. Until today when the covert invited me to their birthday party. Whatt? So I politely let her know that we have lost our friendship. I made it clear. And this video revealed that to me that not talking or separation to a narcissist is still an open door and you being shelved. I closed that door today. I didn’t realize that even when I went to apologize to them, hoping to get closure, they were denying me closure and trying to keep things open for further arguments. You really have to tell them it’s over. Running, hiding, gray rocking… it’s all just an open door. SEAL IT SHUT. 🚪👋🏾✌🏾

O ,now this Reminds me. In 2020 realized how much they had changed me negatively. I was also suffering anxiety and bipolar. Yet he had the nevers to criticize me and laugh at me with his new supply yet he turned me this way!!

He got another crow to gang up on me last week. I was a sexual assault victim. He said he was having lunch with the person that assaulted me. I had enough. Enough. Within two hours I had both served with cease and desist. Things are quiet now. My foot is not off the gas. They are so damn stupid. They push. They abuse. Then a day comes it’s too far. I don’t know what came over me but it is still with me. I am no one’s victim. Im a survivor. That demon didn’t expect it. Right now, im in therapy and working on me. Believe this…these demons do not know when they go to far. But we do. Stay strong friends. When you’ve had enough you’ll know. Grateful for my angels pushing and protecting me. ❤
