To be resilient, 1. Manage your self talk. "Be a student" 2. Socialize your struggles. "Connect with the other good people" 3. Maintain your discipline. "Even though things get worse, keep the other commitments" Thank you Brendon for your insight.
Agreed!! Would love your input on some of our most recent interviews on our channel. Similar to Lisa's with more of a focus on online business building and financial health. With care, Trav
I learned not to settle for less than I deserve.... lol 😂 I realized , I was settling for a job that wasn’t the right fit for me, wasn’t my passion , & that I was settling for less pay than I deserve - plus putting up with a neg micro management type negative manager as well... I deserve a better job that pays me better, values me, that I’m passionate about, & treated positively by management too!
I can't even begin to put into words the amount of resilience it is taking to continue to move forward with our desire to change our life and create our sailing dream. In the beginning we anticipated it happening quickly...yeah not so much. Each step has taken multiple times longer due to unforeseen, unimaginable interruptions. This helped solidify that if we don't continue to plod forward all we will be left with is the same old same old life. Thanks
You always have been great and always will be! You are one of those people whom I very strongly believe to have shaped my present positive self! Thank you Brendon!
Great advice Brendon. I was newly retired when the shelter in place started 4 months ago so I wasn't able to travel as I had planned. I did my best to just stay put and learn new meditations, ride my bike almost every day, and stay connected to friends and loved ones. Some days were not that easy but I would thank God for getting me through this time and for being healthy. I listen to your videos because you are so positive and uplifting. I've been your fan for many years. Thanks for all you do!
You know, Brendon... Today I was in a vey bad mood due to many things happening in my live. I was stuck in this depressive mindset and the negative thoughts were haunting me minute after minute. That's when I grabed the very last piece of force of will and went for my "morning" video playlist here in RU-vid and found this video. My state of mind changed drasticlly and I'm about to call a friend to share my sadness and ask for some perspective. After watching this, I was thown to come here and thank you for the work you keep doing on personal development and, therefore, on changing people's life. By the way, this is also something I'm doing right now to overcome this dark day: to be grateful e express it through this mesage. 🌿
I've been off the track for the past month and I lost invaluable opportunities and time because of that. I have some important goals to achieve within the next two months. No matter how hard it is, I'm putting up my best effort to increase my possibilities of success.
Greetings from Yemen.. You really inspire me whenever I watch your RU-vid videos.. by the way, currently I am in chapter 5 of your great book "High performance habits" so far I've been enjoying each sentence of it.. on the 20th of July, I will have finished reading this worth reading book .. Good luck on your future, Brendon. You did live, you did love and you did matter .. Thanks..
Thank you so much! I watch your videos in the morning before work and doing my hpx planner and it works wonders. I have more clarity and peace and confidence in myself. Thank you!!!
Thanks Brendon, this is a very good Video. Now in day with Virus and Crisis a CV lot of things goes worth. Today your Video, was for me something what gave Me hope for a next day. Thank you
Oh ! That whole domino effect is something I sometimes struggle with. One bad thing can so easily cause you to just let everything that was supposed to follow slip also ! Instead we should stick to all the other commitments even more diligently !Thanks Brendon

Do you have any suggestions on how one might go about forgiving oneself for making a big mistake/major setback and to stop the guilt and shame that overcomes the mind for many days…
Hello Brendon, it look like ur in Mind Control distress. I hope you get some help. Ur my favorite personal development/ improvement person to watch. The NSA employee is open to change, but struggling.
