@zenden9 fighting for your freedom is not warriors? Kneeling in front of your corrupt party is warrior? Did you bring your brain when you were born? Or your brain is already rotten by ccp propaganda
Keep going. Please don’t stop. The world needs people like you for being brave and fight for our FREEDOM of RIGHTS and SPEECH. Democracy is not taken for granted!!!!
Wrong, it's you that needs to learn the law. The copper was spot on. 100% correct. Yes, that is a public space,. but it's private property made available as though it were public, just like your front garden is made available to the milkman, postman, UPS and DPD, Jehovas witnesses and Energy sales people. That's not me or that copper saying that, that's the law. And if the property owner (you or TFL) doesn't want someone protesting on their property, they can't protest there. They can take their peaceful protest onto public property and nobody can do a thing about it, but on private property (just like your front garden) nobody has the right to protest without permission. Professional photographers and TV film crews understand this and work with it. But every €10 dingbat with a flag and a sign thinks they have the right to protest anywhere they want. ...like your front garden ...but they don't.
It works exactly the same in the United States, but people seem very confused by it. If I go to the downtown where I live and protest, that is absolutely allowed. If I go to the shopping mall, which is open to the public, but privately owned, I cannot hold up signs, distribute leaflets, etc. The confusion seems to also come with privately owned web sites and message boards. You do not have a free speech right to post something on a privately owned message board (such as this one) if the owner disapproves.
That maybe so, but the policeman here was spot on in his policing of the situation. He explained the situation to the ladies and then withdrew. 100% OK and in accordance with the civil and criminal law of the land.
@johnc3403 You are spot on, as was the policeman. This was a civil matter rather than criminal. The general public has an express and/or an implied licence to be on the property. That licence to be there lasts until such time as the owner of the property (BR Rail?) communicates otherwise. Trespassers cannot be prosecuted; they can only be sued. (I read some case law years ago which dealt with trespass to railway property. Under certain circumstances such as bylaws and the like, trespassers on railway property can be prosecuted for a a specific criminal offence under the applicable bylaw, etc)
This police officer is a true professional - he explained the situation clearly n politely and most importantly did not violate the ladies' basic human rights of Free Speech n Expression 👍 Stark contrast with that Karen Cop (Crap) in Dr.K's original "Pianogate" livestream.
@@simondobbs4480At least he acted professionally n in the way he ought to in front of the camera (and yes, he should have acted that way in the beginning), unlike that Karen crap.
not forgetting that PC (cop) breached GDPR and gave the CCP Dr K's platform which has his e-mail to get threats by = Malicious Communications Act 1988 I doubt she will at that station for a while ,, no doubt she will get written warning but passing data/info to 1/3 party which could make a person fear for their rest of their lives , is surly "gross misconduct acting in office "
Clarifying the distinction between private property and public access areas is crucial. Upholding rights in public spaces is fundamental for a free and open society.
This is actually brilliant to see, I think Chinese ppl should stand against ccp and it’s great to see where Britain can give them that freedom because where their is freedom their is more knowledge to discern. X
99.9% Chinese citizens will never stand up against CCP. It is CCP who prevent another tragedy of opium war by UK colonist in 1844. Bragging about righteous and freedom. Why not UK apologize first for destruction and terror in 1840s opium war? And return all looted goods from British Museum?
What ae you smoking? Yes officer. Officially they ae Peace officers, who keeps the King's peace, which is exactly what he was doing,, also known as a Constable or Police Officer. @@richardshortall5987
A private company is well with in it's rights and the law to decide what does ad doesn't happen on their private property, that they allow the pubic to access.
It's concerning to see restrictions on freedom of speech, especially in a place symbolizing it. Professionalism in communication is key. Keep standing up for what's right.
@user-tg6cw6rw2m Interesting perspective on the distinction between freedom of speech and image rights. It's crucial to differentiate between the two to uphold democratic values.
This is absolutely not a private owned railway infrastructure. London St Pancras Station is owned by the Government of the United Kingdom. The company managing british railway infrastructure is Network Rail, and owner of that company is the Government of the United Kingdom. That means every british railway infrastructure are public property.
I've just found your channel and subscribed . Lovely to see those ladies protesting against communist China . And it was brilliant to see a British policeman carrying out his duties properly .
Dr. Piano helps Little Pink? Why did he block my account? It's so weird? Please tell him that his channel has blocked my account for at least two days! And I really want to introduce him to the song played by that Taiwanese girl: Looking at the Spring Breeze Looking at the Spring Breeze/ 望春風 (Taiwanese: Bāng Tshun-hong) is a Taiwanese folk song composed by Deng Yuxian and lyrics by Li Linqiu. It was first sung in 1933 in Japanese-occupied Taiwan. The original singer was Chun Chun, a popular singer of Gu Lun Meiya Records in the 1930s. In modern times, it has been widely used by social movements and is widely associated with Taiwan’s cultural identity, becoming the most representative Taiwanese ballad; In 2000, it was ranked first among the most popular Taiwanese traditional classic songs in the "Century of Songs in Taiwan" appraisal activity. 👍😍🙏
I haven't blocked your account. I get tens of thousands of comments on my RU-vid every day, some comments mistakenly might get put into the spam/for review folder and get automatically deleted. DR K
@@DrKBoogieWoogie I completely believe you. Two days ago, my comment on your video received many likes, which may have attracted little pink’s attention and resulted in the report! Please believe me, my comments in Taiwan foreigner channel has accumulated the most likes, so I am often attacked by little pink! I wrote that because I assume you'll watch Louis's video, and if I can get your attention, I'll have the opportunity to ask you to find out the truth, try to unblock me, and let my account/ comment back to your channel. Public access places should uphold rights like freedom of expression. It's essential to ensure fairness and respect for all individuals in such spaces.
@@danielraiter Respectfully disagree. While private property rights are important, freedom of expression shouldn't be restricted solely based on land ownership.
With thousands up in protedt the world over against persecution of muslims in Palestine, not a single eyelid moves over the horrific ongoing persecution of Uighur muslims in China, not to mention of co urse the Mass live body organ harvest of Uighurs, Tibetans snd Falun Gong in CCP China. The reason for this mass ignorance is the fact that worldwide big business, big pharma, WHO, world media have for years conspired with the CCP to keep certain issues quiet. There has been a 247 peaceful vigil opposite the Chinese Embassy W1 since 2002 telling the world about ongoing atrocities against Falun Gong, now and agsin there are a few muslim protests. The big business interests behing St Pancras should be proud that representatives of true humanity bravely, civily and kindly warn us all of the evil behind the Chinese Communist Party, since there have for years been so many who will not utter a word while the unending suffering of the human race is ignored.
These ladies should get tops or dresses or coats with their slogans on them . How would they stop them walking about? Or stop them just standing about? Anyway - the railway station is a private place but had public access so they can hold cards up.
I think if this matter went to court the Judge would decide that St Pancras Station is a public place, it maybe owned by a private company or a state company but it remains a public space. Well done ladies, you have my respect.
Wow a copper that actually knows the law and respectful , clearly articulating the situation of the legal aspects of this and yes it’s a public space within a private property. The security guard on the other hand
The real tragedy is that the CCP would not even exist if Bankers from the City of London and Wall Street had not financed Mao.... and if they did not continue (at very high levels )to support them today ....😢
Good for you! If the railway gets too stuffy about it, they may have to move that piano to a public space! Like it or not, it's become a symbol of free speech!
