See What I've Become II Elizabeth of York 

The real Elizabeth of York was widely known to be a very humble person. She would have married the best person to secure her families future. After she married Henry she always worked for her siblings futures and supported many of them financially. She wasn't allowed any political power but her and Henry seemed to have had a genuinely happy marriage. He locked himself in his room seeing no one right after she died trying to give him another heir. Sadly the child died soon after. One of the main reasons Henry vii had so many wives is he had an idealized view of marriage from his parents. No woman came close to his mom.

I love her character so much really shows you how cruel life can be. Even if her brother promised not to harm her children there are still of Tudor blood and if there would be an uprising to sit Arthur on the throne or any of her children then her brother would do the same. Elizabeth is a mother of the heir to the throne and Queen. She will do what is must to preserve her power for that will be the only thing that'll keep her family safe.

In the first 3 episodes I adored her character especially the first episode. as the story continues I had a love hate relationship with her.

I’ve got this on the planner, sooo going to watch tomorrow. Didn’t realise it was the same thing lol. Although when I’ve seen lots of documentaries I’m either disappointed by them, but whether I am or not, the music sets in with them saying soppy things and I sob lol.

Elizabeth did what any mother would have done to protect her children and I don’t blame her for that at all . People turned their backs on each other left and right back then so she what she had to do to secure her sons and daughters future and even tho she may not have loved Henry at first she grew to love him like her mom said . Elizabeth of York is my favorite Queen next to Katherine of Aragon it’s sad that her son ended up being one of the worst kings in history !! Had Arthur not died things would have been so much different because the Spanish princess and Arthur would have ruled many many years together like his parents .

I loved her in the beginning and I can understand she didn’t want her husband and children to be ousted from the throne( tbh I think she loved to have the power being queen) but what she did to her brother and little cousin was terrible. Also the way she treated Maggie. I would have slapped her hard.

The only reason the Yorks in this season felt terrified and hatred towards Lancestors is because the home they grew up in was taken away. They must've forgotten that the Lancestors had to deal with the same thing, and back & forth between sides many years way back. Both sides have been divided for too long. Elizabeth "Lizzie" has tried so many times to spare her brother Richard from the horrid fate of being murdered, but he still stubbornly refused. And Maggie kept risking Teddy's safety to put Richard on the throne. She chose to risk his safety, even unintentionally. In one of the episodes, she and Lizzie mentioned about how peaceful it is that two opposing families are now one and happy. But then Queen Cecily dragged her into the life of political rivalry and used her to get revenge on Lancestors even though they didn't kill her daughter. Back then, that throne was everyone's obsession that killed and broke the entire family apart, just like Smeagol and Deagol who fought to the death for a devil ring in Lord of the Rings. I know power is what protected them, but if I were in their place I wouldn't care about the title because what would scare me most is seeing my family killed before my eyes. I'm sure Lizzie felt the same and felt angry at the thought of the pretender (whom she didn't know was her brother) for destroying the peace that ended the War of the Roses. I know she still cared for her brother once she found out he really was Richard when she was asked by him to see him perish before her eyes.. She did anything to prevent him from being killed and to prevent her sons from facing a curse, and yet those who sided with vengeful people ended up getting Teddy and Richard killed.

I would love to see the white queen actors and actresses to continue to play the white princess. after all the same story continue. also the last actress of the white queen, who played Elisabeth of York was prettier than this new one Jodie Comer
