Seeing sexual energy clearly... just an observation after a thorough death (Clip) 

So long as sexual energy is not used defensively, it’s the best primal energy for transformation, awareness, and enjoyment, It’s the mental conflict that causes the pain. It’s the mass ego manipulation of sexual energy that causes pain and left behind feelings. Sexual energy is also the communal joy, liberation of a collective acceptance and forgiveness, we need others so badly because community psyche is broken, leaving people on their own, making simple things so complicated.

Isn’t it a big relief to know that we can’t be holier than we are? Instead of overthinking and analyzing everything until we end up feeling this vast emptiness and loneliness, I have a suggestion: Live fully, enjoy your feelings and longings, be open and warm to people, reach out to them, and be who you are: an ordinary human like we all are!

You can either go with the flow or resist the flow, none of which negate the Flow. Wow!

I'm tired of this feeling of separation and ready to be back home. Earth is a difficult experience, especially when you incarnate here multiple times. The pain and suffering needs to come to an end, and a shift is necessary.

i find two drives inside. one wants to *want* to meet up with people, the other feels the same way about all experiences that I feel about eating wet cardboars. neither one is right but the one who sees experiences as wet cardboard usually wins. it sounds like there'd be more napping but there isn't. super sick of the ego thinking it has some knowledge or answer to share. nobody cares or wants its projections. i don't even want it. the same i that doesn't want it is the i that's doing it. oh well. sick of reading Internet comments of people thinking they've grasped something. sick of comments. sick of people. dunno what to do. i saved a toad from a trash fire today. he wasn't hurt badly and was able to escape after he rested for a while. thanks for being here.

I’m in the process. Energies and longings and fears fallen away. I feel very still and simple. It’s a kind of being that I recognise form a very long time ago ( I had it as a child sometimes). Sometimes coming back hard the fears and longings. I guess I have see when I free of them again. There is not much what I can do about it. Ultimately, you see you have no control in energy. How many times do I need to hear that before it sinks in.

This found me at exactly the right time in my life.

So my sexual energy is from being lonely which is coming from the fantasy of having a partner. And the way to solve this is by seeing it as "just a dream"

I resonate with everything you’re saying. I’m at peace with how and what reality is, but I still find myself wanting to drink and smoke. The mind is telling a story that I shouldn’t try to destroy the perception of experiancing a healthy life. That’s where this concentration of consciousness/energy is at.

It's so crazy that I found this video... .ive been struggling with this question... And I'm not even sure how to ask it it might be programmed to guilt when it comes to sexual energy but at the same time I've discarded the belief in sin and separation or duality..... But I feel like does sexual energy once expression..... So I guess my question is a combination of how to express this... But even more importantly why is it arising in the first place?.... Namaste As we are pilling layers on the pathless path , struggle between our various bodies intensifies , while lower chakras & ego feel threatened . Our past sanskaras ( generational truma , fears , embodied frozen emotions ,desires etc) come out due to active kundalini energy. Though on surface there is lots of physical , mental , emotional suffering , we will have to be persistent and firmly believe in ourselves and whatever happending is happenging for good In ancient india yoga & tantra was taught to only capable students in secluded sacred place where under guru's guidance disiciples were passed through intense strict lifestyle . Mantra , pranayama , prayers , charitable kind , compassionate acts ( feeding animals ) has tremondus powers to overcome any level of karma. Sexual energy is extremely aggressive kundalini , you will have to channelize it upward with arduous efforts of many lifetimes , unless it will try to go downwards & out , there will be no way out.

Sounds to me like your saying everything is ok, regardless of conscious understanding. That's a good frame to have to release a lot of stress. I've been more to myself socially and am in a inner building stage. Sexually there's experiences and fantasies I have and I'm ok with that. I enjoy visualizing and seeing things play out as they do in my imaginal acts. Freedom does feel nice and I feel its a spectrum for sure, since it means different things for all of us.

Yes, storms are just weather after big storm…. I tell myself how fortunate to have a little romance in the 2nd decade of the 21 century whilst the whole wide world is ----- (fitb) now my heart (pain body) longs for death….hm? I think romance/sexual desire at any allocation is a ‘gateway drug’ to get us to evolve towards unconditional love or some kind of unit that doesn’t exist yet. OMG I hear this so hard. The pressure from my family to do more, make more friends, find a wife or even a girlfriend, make more money. "You're 40, bud..." I feel fine. I actually feel like an adventurer in a weird way, though I never go far. Discovering something ... An infinite depth... That I cant really explain to anyone. I went from being very social and outgoing, to a hermit, more or less. Like, I Benjamin-Buttoned the trajectory that society would endorse. Thankful for you Suzanne - and others sharing messages of hope and reassurance.

Don't ever allow anyone on this channel or in your life to change the pace of your tone in your speech. The long pauses you take between your speech FEELS very organic. I have so many super conscious ideas to share but with my current environment, transitions of habits and current living partner- I've been preserving my voice, changing my habits and I don't like the mundaneness of my current speaking voice which shows me I need to continue being serious about my detoxing as our insides are ever flowing snakes visiting different aspects of our consciousness at all times. Do not allow anxiety to conquer your tone. Do not allow the gratifications of others to do ANYTHING to your voice EXCEPT highlight it's beauty or inspire it to speak even louder with enthusiasm only coming from inner ALTRUISM, entirely personal and sacred to your sacred purposes. There's even harm in watching other people's videos for long because we begin to sound like the people we ingest, listen to and are around etc. Right now, you are seriously on a ladder of showing up for yourself as an ancient, tired, wise, wizard, transitioning, brave, inner-knowing ancestry warrior and genuine friend for yourself. I am also a writer and it's slightly grotesque to watch how significantly our value for words has entirely dropped on in inside of itself. The more you say a sentence of carefully selected words from the depths of your subconscious to a space of which you are not seen (felt from the heart first), the more your words and even own voice loses value. I like this video and I like your expression because it feels like you are talking to yourself but with a blend of spirits communicating through you. I hope my words have helped you as, as you can see here even with the few words I've given you --- I have inspired plenty of new ideas awaiting inside of your subconscious. So the result of ego-death is "stopping to overthink"? The fallacy of this is obvious. Ego-death needs to lead to a weakening of the desires. Not a mindless accepting of your wishes. You have not killed your ego but your conscience. You need salvation. Wishes and feelings don't always lead to the best when acted upon. I mean: Why were you overthinking in the first place? Actions have consequences. That's why God gave us the ability to think. I plead with you: Die and rise again with Christ. No longer live for your desire but for God's will and the Goodness and Truth that he makes apparent in our conscience and the world around us to every man and woman.
