I wish the daughter had a more structured way to express how she felt about everything while she was in cou. I wish she’d had guided questions and didn’t have mom chiming in over her when she was discussing with dad. She didn’t even get her moment to vent it out a little. I hope she’s genuinely doing well today.

This is why DNA tests need to be mandatory after birth. I understand the Plaintiff being angry over the fact that the Defendant named his child after another man. So we can see why they have such a volatile relationship now. This all ultimately falls on the Mother, who should not have cheated and named his child after another man.

Why is everyone bashing the mother? That man had over 20 years to find out the paternity and not only didn't do it, but failed to show up for the birth because being with ANOTHER woman was more important! He then shirked his responsibilities as a FATHER by not paying child support..or keeping in touch... for the 16 YEARS he was incarcerated and had the nerve to ask for an OVERpayment of $400 measly bucks when he missed those 16 YEARS of his daughter's life. If a man knew I was about to have his child or even suspected it and CHOSE to entertain another woman while I was in labor I'd name the child whatever I wanted to! The step dad STEPPED IN and took on HIS responsibilities...and he's still there! If his daughter feels closer to ANOTHER man than him that's HIS fault. Stop coddling these half as baby daddies that drop in and out of kids lives when it's convenient for them. Obviously the step dad was a stand-up guy that the daughter could depend on and she honored his contributions to her life by naming her child after him.

I grew up with Donnie Young. He wasn't sh... then and he ain't sh.... now. At one point he was a "ruth.less" drug dealer and he still haves those devilish ways.

She benefited with both a paid house and luxury car. Then she had the nerve to name the child after her ex-boyfriend (I use that term lightly) and then the daughter names her first born son after the same person. If she was 100 percent sure, why did she have the ex boyfriend tested too! She also brainwashed her daughter, you could see it by her disdain.

I've seen enough cases to never say someone is the father based on looks but I'm willing to ignore all of that on this one. The nose, the eyes, the mouth, shape of the head. There's NO way he couldn't be the father.🤨..and he damn well knows it.

Im convinced he brought this to court to embarrass the mother. He couldn't say the reason because it would've made him look terrible. In the end, after finding out he was the dad, he did this fake smile and couldn't even hug her. Deacon??? I think not

I actually don't blame hi m for not following up after the case because of how they spoke to him at the end of the case acting like 10 year old kids, they could have spoke with some respect and sense to try and see if they could rekindle the relationship between him and his daughter instead of acting like fools, he would definitely have a hard time trying to deal with them, so at this point I don't blame him at all for going on with his life and being successful
