Sega Game Gear Playthrough - X-Men 

I remember having this as a kid and using every character I had to try to hurt the muscle guy...slashes, lasers, punches and all he could do was laugh at me 😔

Played the hell out of this game as a kid along with the Phantom game and Power Rangers. Good times.

3:40 makes me laugh. I imagine he said "wait til the platform comes. I'm gonna kick your ass"

Had to watch this. haha I never would have figured out jumping up and down on that platform over and over.

I remember having this game when I was young. There was little different between some of the characters powers but it was still entertaining. Storm was always my favorite character.

Really sorry for this.. This is what we had when we were little kids...

How in the heck was I supposed to know to lead Shaw to a fire trap and nut punch him to infinity and beyond? There were literally zero clues given (that I can remember from far to long ago). Literally the only boss fight I couldn't win and continue the game. Thank you for doing what I couldn't...well there is always that thing Nintendont doesn't like, yeah, imma go do that and actually beat this thing.

I beat every boss in this game...EXCEPT SEBASTIAN FREAKIN' SHAW. I just couldn't figure him out no matter what hero I used or what tactic I tried to employ. Just kept absorbing my attacks (yes, I know that's his mutant power). I eventually gave up on this as a kid. Hey, I was only 11 lol. Well at least, after 30 years, I finally saw how to beat him. We didn't have the internet in the early 90's lol

With a flying character I hovered over him where the steam come down and it kills him way faster than the fire

They put X-Men arts from Marvel Masterpieces 1992 at the end of the game.

The cruelty of middle aged men developing games in the 90's was being an X Men and just being able to nut punch dudes.

I remember having this game back as a kid & being so frustrated with the Sebastian Shaw fight because I couldn’t figure out how to defeat him. & one day I randomly figure out that he needs to be damage from the torches

This game really hurt the AA Battery budget in my house growing up.

I would unlock Storm first, then use her against Shaw

It’s weird how you can see wolverine in the morlock tunnels since you already start as him and cyclops

Do you have to beat the levels in a certain order to get all the characters/levels in the game? The Japanese temple lookin level and the one where you flew threw as Rogue didn’t show up for me?

Shaw is easier beaten with a flight character. Just hover over him

This game was one of the most disappointing experiences of my life.
