As someone who's spoiling himself knowing I will never get to play this, if Consul F's view of life wasn't so inherently evil, you could even sell the guy has a good guy. He had the world view of seeing life as a resource. And within that view he did treat them well. Of course to begin with the issue was him seeing life as a resource, so.
Consul F is not evil. He genuinely views his subjects as valuable and does not want them to die needlessly like other Moebius. Sure he views them primarily as battery and feeds off their existence, but so do other Moebius because that's how they exist. If anything he's the most pragmatic and reasonable mobius out of them all. He goes out of his way to not fight the main characters and even leads them to his base while assuring them that they would hold a truce. The real villains in this scene were the main characters. They swore on a truce and then immediately broke it to kill this guy even after he repeatedly said that he DID NOT WANT TO FIGHT. For à bunch of characters that "lament fighting endlessly", they sure love to choose violence needlessly. They slaughtered him in cold blood. In my eyes, they're arguably worse than he could ever be
After you get Juniper go a little firther toward the main story objective and meet Mysterious Raider, then rest at the camp and advance till you meet Borealis. After completing these steps you need to finish a handful of Colony 4 quests. Then the "?" southwest to Colony 4 will appear.
@@terakjkex it’s more than that. You need to finish 3 quests. The one he mentioned, Writers block which can be unlocked in chapter 5, and lastly Side:Story Mio
@@aylinilya. If I recall you have to do a lot of Colony 4 quests. Just keep doing quests in Colony 4 till you get a Quest where you end up fighting the Invisible Levs.
