@@jimh4072 That’s what I thought at the time, but it makes no sense. He’s always had more than me, so what’s to be jealous about? We just hardly ever see them anymore. I don’t need that negativity in my life.

he's said it in other videos. he operates construction / development businesses for his main work.

He runs two businesses as he’s mentioned prior, which is why he can only work on the house a few hours per day.

Imagine how many video there will be in spring when he quote ‘will lower all the land around the tiny house’ (and undermine all the other corners.) Too bad, at first it looked like an interesting build but it’s so flawed now with this dig. Seriously, I’m here for the comments section over the video itself.

@@Marco-qc9yu am going to show you the first stage of spotting potential for high ROI. I think this is a perfect example to explain finders fees as I would potentially get paid £3,000 if the person I sent this to ended up buying it. 99% of people see an end of terrace house. In need of modernisation. Which is the first most basic thing to notice in property. In need of modernisation requires effort, time and money. Things people lack. As a result most people buy new builds…. the issue is there’s a premium on new builds. New build price premium is typically 20% however in August 2023 it was 52%… If you have some vision/ some work ethic you can transform anything and if done correctly being a DIY developer… spend very little but achieve the same end value. Now why this house is of particular interest is this. It has a garage….. of street parking…… sure that’s one way of looking at it. But as you develop a developers eye you will learn to see this as a gold mine. Buy this house get one free…. Highlighted in red is its garage. Split the house, develop the garage and you have a self contained small dwelling. If granted permission this house could then get sold and fund the main house renovation… or as I recommend. You could live in the new small house and then rent out the terraced house. As a result you are now living technically in London for free as the main terraced house once modernised will increase in value. Resulting in a higher rental income. Rental income - Mortgage = Pre tax profit. That will pay nicely for your life in the New small house built where the garage is. The house yes would be small but…. there’s a chance you could add another floor as in property you can take this as a general rule: roof height = an average of roof heights… Lets say neighbours house on left is 10 meters tall, house on right is 6 meters tall = your roof height could be potentially be 8 meters tall. An average. Pretty awesome position to be in. The terraced house creating enough money for you to live and you have a small house to live in forever.. how does it get better… Well that Terraced house is a buy to let business. As a result you can get business loans against it as the income from the asset pays for the loan. Around 80% of supercars are financed and I barely know anyone who doesn’t borrow the cash against the gain in equity of a development. (gain in equity just means you bought the house for 100k its now worth 200k… you spent 20 k to achieve that…. well you can now refinance and take out in general terms 80% of that new valuation) I will explain that world in more detail in future but just showing how quickly from 1 decision you can live a very different life… and as I keep saying. How it starts is not how it ends. You could decide to sell the small dwelling you built and move to the countryside….. find another project and repeat…. The possibilities are endless and next weeks newsletter….. well just keep an eye out for it… And remember there’s a process to this. Perhaps what he wants to offer is not quite what you are looking fir. Personally, I admire is constant motivational encouragement overlaying the actusl, often tedious n repetitivr work he is needingvto do. Merry Chrisymas!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. I usually listen to the first minute then just mute it when he goes into his usual spiels about life and work. It's a cool project he's doing and I'm interested to see how it turns out, but sometimes his non stop talking just gets too much.

I personally enjoy hearing his motivational talks as much as I do seeing the progress of the build itself.
