Love this video! Where can we purchase kefir grains? Also, would you recommend a good quality store brand that comes from grass fed cows or sheep? And, unsweetened of course. I definitely want to incorporate more kefir into my diet daily!
Hello. I got my first Kefir grains from a native Serbian but I have also purchased organic kefir grains from amazon UK. I think amazon is a great place to look if you have them in your area. You can also try facebook groups and health food stores are another place to look.

I grew up drinking kefir in Russia, but haven't had it as much as an adult, living in the US. 3 weeks ago I actually ordered some beautiful kefir grains and started making my own kefir too!
