Realistically yes with all the shouting, strutting, swearing, cursing and with mates behind ready to jump in against you, don't forget the spitting. As this is all show to provoke you to attack. Confuse them with your silence shock them with your abilities.♡

David H I trained with Peter Consterdine in the 70’s and he was able to kick to the head when he was in close range. Also, a great instructor!

EVERY TIME I see Mr Consterdine giving this demonstration I'm grinning/laughing...... a HOLY FUCKING SHIT type laughing. Great vid cheers.

Perfect. Sadly Will lead to hip replacement surgery, but that's just the way it goes.....
