imo the going into the untamed woods is the best, makes me feel better training is more fun and meditating is easier but i did grow up in the woods. oh and you have no external influences
I do 50 pushups, leg ups, and sit ups in my room every morning part inspired by you. It’s starting to show me improvements. I also do skipping it is good exercise.
