@@ShellyBullard I've been listening to your self love audio every day and doing the work book after work. I love the work book. It helps ALOT. I was just talking about bad relationships I had before and how I deserve better than what I've experienced and how I'm going to get better now because I'm finally on the loving myself journey! I also keep telling myself I'm in the best relationship of my life and anytime I come out I go back. Of course I have my off moments but I'm determined to make this commitment to myself! 💕

"The last dance"- the series just blew me away. Jordan's thirst to become the best was amazing..what amazed me the most was how his team and teammates like pippen and rodman shaped out for him to make him accomplish the goal of winning the consecutive NBA titles. Resonates big time with extreme self love and the universe placing the pieces of the puzzle in perfection. Their coach was a huge spiritual practitioner too. I guess he had a huge role to play in Jordan's greatness. Damn..All this makes sense...Self Love is the only thing you need and let the universe take care of the unfolding!😇

Affirmations : I love myself , I put myself first , even when I look bad on the outside I believe my beauty comes from within , I am worth so much love and care and gifts and laughs on the inside and on the outside , I know my worth , I have a huge ego that I know my worth just like I know my name , my truth is above approach .. I deserve to be happy .. I deserve to be loved , cherished and treasured .. life is gonna start to give me choices and this time I won’t choose wrong I won’t choose less than I deserve .. I will not accept less than I deserve .. I am proud of myself I’m proud of even the bad things , nobody that hit rock bottom is unable to reach the skies .. my love is precious it should be fought to get , earned , hard to get .. I wish everyone knew this wisdom. It's so easy especially with a wounded heart to want to manifest OTHER people to love you but it's so important to realise that we ourselves hold our own power. When we realise this and we "come home" to our own sense of self amazing things begin to happen and it will never feel like effort, it just feels like love! Just by learning to love yourself you will feel incredible and anything else that comes along will be the cherries on top

I love the reference to MJ!! I, too, love learning about powerful figures. In 4th grade, I read the school library's entire biographical series of famous women 😂 (Betsy Ross, Madame Curie, etc....) Three other notable celebrities who affirmed their way into greatness (and LIVED "as if" they were that new identity): 1) Lady Gaga: "I would say I'm a rock star over and over again. At first it was a lie...until it wasn't." and "“I used to walk down the street like I was a f***ing star... I want people to walk around delusional about how great they can be - and then to fight so hard for it every day that the lie becomes the truth.” 2) Muhammad Ali - He used to say over and over again that he was "the greatest" ... and then he became so. 3) Conor McGreggor (wrestler) - Self-proclaimed follower of LOA. Lots of videos on RU-vid with him talking about it.

Love this! Love Jordan's story! I love his quote, "You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them." Which is basically the same thing as being in the end result. I'm always using affirmations. And it comes so naturally to me. And my affirmations turn into confirmations because I just feel it so deeply. I say it with conviction, I say it with love, I say it as my God self, I say it wholeheartedly and have full faith in what I'm affirming. I'm doing it for myself and for things I want to create but the evidences of my affirmations just pops every now and then in my life where people end up telling me what I'm affirming. It's pretty incredible! ❤️😇

I have realised how important Self Love is since learning about manifesting. I have had a good foundation because I would have said i was confident before, but learning about how it is important in relation to others has changed my perspective. I was told by the Love of my life that he loved my energy. At the time i knew it was a lovely thing for him to say, but now it means so much more for me. I'm on an amazing buzzing happy feeling, i have been walking my dog saying his name out loud ( im pretty sure he could be the only person in my city with his name lol) and everything just feels so great. I'm reading Marisa Peer I am enough and loving it. And I love your example of professional sports people becoming everything they want to because they believe in themselves completely and affirm it again and again. Being from a sports background I have done similar practices and know how well it works. I just have found out that with the love of my life emotions can make things more complicated 😉 but im good 👍 Thank you Shelly 🙏🙌❤🧚‍♀️🌌

Shelly, if you're interested in other athletes using manifestation/law of attraction to achieve their greatness, I recommend searching for clips of Connor McGregor (add manifesting/law of attraction for searching) here on YT. It's similar to what you said about Michael Jordan (I haven't seen the documentary 😄 ), but I think Connor is more aware of the power of imagination and belief. P.S. I finished it last night! I was saving/savoring it for weeks. That time of my life was so magical and so important to my upbringing. Reliving it was so emotional for me. I always feel bad for kids who weren’t alive for it. I was telling my son that he lived in the end. He wasn’t arrogant, he was 100% clear on what he would accomplish. I will always love him so much.

Self love is the key to manifest. If we love ourselves first only then the universe will bring abundance to our lives and if we love ourselves we will obviously have a higher vibrational frequency which will help us manifest faster...

I really wanted this video. The difference that I need is not just saying it but feeling it and being it. I really do think that is the differentiator for MJ was his mentality and competitive spirit and loving what he did at the same time.

I love you mention Michael Jordan! It’s well documented Phil Jackson introduces all his players to yoga, meditation, and some form of manifestation (perhaps Neville?) and it shows in his greatest players, Kobe Bryant as well. They clearly were practicing these teachings. As a former hypnotherapist I loved working with athletes for this reason! Whether they were taught or it was intuitive, they really get entering the state as well as affirming. Great video 🙏🏼❤️🤘🏼

What I loved the mosr from the MJ documentary was how he never stopped believing. In himself and his team. He just always knew they were the best. No matter what was happening around them. He just knew.

Shelly. Yes He was my idol growing up. I'm from Los Angeles and everyone liked Magic at that time in 87. I although started liking Mike. I knew at that point that he was going to be the best ever. At that time he had no championships. It wasn't until 4 years later he became into that journey having his 1st championship ironically against the Lakers. I like to say I helped manifest that. 🙂Still one of my mentors towards greatness.

I truly am sooo loved within me. But my request is- please make a video on how to focus on ourselves so that we can be the best version of ourselves and how to be positive all the time so that our sp feels the energy telepathically?.
