Just PPF it & all 4 doors as well.... No wrapping ..The color is great.. I just Bought the 1794 TRD off-road w/ package in Blue print from Groove.. Easily chrome delete everything .. Swap out the front chrome grille for TRD Heritage with ..Baja light bars...White top/ Amber bottoms.. CBI covert Bumper..Complete Both Slee-offroad under protection and Rock sliders.. And yeah threw a Diamond-back HD cover on with same Yakima setup.. Pretty simple mods. Great for Mtn adventures / road trips here in Colorado..

Thanks for the feedback Mike! Thinking about getting a 3rd gen Tundra in the future.. glad to see you didn't have any engine issues, that was a concern. Especially since we have been thinking about upgrading from the 4Runner to the Tundra, since we want to start a family as well! Would love to see how you fit kids plus dogs on your adventures in the Tundra, since that's our goal eventually.
We are expecting our first kid soon, have the taco looking to upgrade to either Land Cruiser 4Runner or tundra to make it into an off road/daily driver. I take it you don’t think there’s enough room with the 4Runner for yall?

Wrap the new one quicksand! Best color Toyota has had in my opinion. Currently have a magnetic gray 4Runner and it is a pretty soft paint, scratches easily.
Just got my 24 platinum 4x4 hybrid in grey less than a month ago. It has been my dream truck for a few years now and l love it! I did have a issue with the seat extender on my platinum just stop working after a week but I am just going to have them look into it at the 5k mile check up. I've been saving for and shopping for an F-150 for about two years. When my son gets his license next year he gets my hand-me-down and I get something new. But, over the last few months I've been looking hard at Tundras. My wive has been driving a Sienna minivan since 2012, and she had a Camry for almost 300k miles before that. Thanks for the last comparison videos on Tundras. it was really helpful!
Get a Tundra, but the 2014-2021 range. Way better than F150, which are on consumer reports DO NOT BUY list. That Tundra series has 4 cars to 1 million miles, and is a naturally aspirated V8 which is way more reliable than ford.
Next step in 2 years will be a Toyota Sequoia lol. But to be fair, we went from a prior Audi SUV, to 3 different Teslas and now to a 2022 Tundra TRD PRO, and I agree with Mike, it’s become my families favorite car. You will be super happy with the crew cab. Always do what’s best for the family.

Just curious if you would still go with CBI bumpers. Love the look of them, and they look like the powder coat still looks good. I have a 2023 Army Green Crew Max TRD Off Road, love it, but honestly concerned with all of the engine problems, but you give me hope lol

do you get any rubbing with the wescott and the 37's? if so, did you have to cut anything after the collar lift to avoid rubbing? or was there any rubbing? lol most people get 35 and say they just go right in, but i really like the look of the 37's.
Just installed this bumper on my truck this past weekend. Same issues with the sensors. Under 10 mph the sensors go nuts if it’s gravely or uneven roadways.
Really loved the look and color of the old truck but i would definitely need the CrewMax also so excited to see the build. I have a 2013 Ford FX4 and looking at what i may want on the next truck. The Tundras are really growing on me and especially look great on the 37s!
I still see your videos pop up, I just rarely watch anymore. Life changes, for you and for me. While I enjoyed your content for quite a long time, we’ve grown apart. The content that you started with was up my ally back in the day, the content today isn’t as relevant to me now. That’s not a dig, you’ve done well and have worked hard for what you’ve built! I’ve changed too; what I spend my time on, what I value in life… we grown and adjust as life goes. I check in from time to time, but not regularly. Keep living your life the best way you can!
The Scheel-Manns are obviously a very, very good seat and probably more beneficial from an orthopedic perspective… but the heated/cooled/power/memory of the Tundra seats probably win out overall - and I do really like the adjustable lumbar and thigh support.
Excited to see the new build. Bummed the green color isn't available anymore. That was a top tier option from Toyota. One question... are 37s actually worth the cost premium (and likely modification required) over 35s or even 33s?

I have a Ford and i love 4A in the colorado mtns in winter but really considering the Tundra. You have any issues running the tundra in winter on Colorado highways with just 4H or 2H?
I had a 2 year old and 4 month old twins in my 2023 chevy trail boss and they fit prefect but at the end of the day I had to get a suv cuz changing babies out on the road in a truck is not ideal. I miss my truck😢

@@LastLineOfDefense I think I’m going to try the new westcott TRD lift out! I’ll hope for the best with the sensors. Did you have any rake that allowed for better towing or did you have a pretty level build?
The Westcott is a a level (I prefer to have some rake for when I have some weight in the bed, and I just prefer the look). So with no weight in the bed, the westcott should come close to having no rake.
Digging the Tundra content, getting that big backseat in mine because we also have cute little crotch goblins. Tryn’a find one in Lunar Rock…silly but one of my priorities, lol.
