Tyler really is a good guy. He subtly let his viewers know a hint of what’s going on in his personal life without giving a lot away. Shows how important his viewers are to him. He truly has a good heart, and I hope everything works out for him. Stay strong, man - for what it’s worth, your viewers all love you, and support you.

To all the men watching Hoovies life go up in smoke: If you're married or you one day will, setup an offshore company account for all the assets you want to keep in case of a divorce and keep offshore anonymous bank accounts just for yourself. Things like the house and the minivan/SUV you can share with her but you pride and joy possessions keep them to yourself. Do this especially if you're the one generating all the wealth so no matter what happens, you keep yourself intact. Good or bad, women can destroy your life.

@@macbook802 I'm pretty sure the "financial troubles" relate to the ex not wanting to take on half a fleet of half-working cars, and would just rather take the equivalent net-worth. And if a court would likely order them to sell everything and split profits, it's likely its best to just come to an agreement to sell a few others and just give a lump-sum settled value. Possibly may also have to cover Tyler's equivalent ownership stake on their Freddy's franchises. He specifically mentions having to reserve weekends for family, so it's likely that he's also getting limited time with his kids. Overall, I'm sure he'll be fine and be able to go through it (best wishes dude), but it won't be easy.

i'm sorry you are going through it just know it gets better. My "situation" just ended this month after 2 1/2 years of going through it and the amount of relief when it was finally finished is impossible to describe.

It's like having an employee who, if they quit for any reason, not only continues to get paid but is now half owner in your company. Who'd take that deal? Why WOULDN'T that employee quit the moment things get difficult?

But over the last few months through the comment threads of his videos the shared consensus is that he is in the middle of a divorce: 1) he has not worn his wedding band in months 2) he is liquidating his fleet due to a ‘personal legal situation’ 3) In a previous video in the hangar he hinted at the fact that he has been staying there 4) in this video he said he has ‘family commitments’ every weekend (ie visitations) 4) he also said in this video that the lifts are going out and the next video with the 2 Mercedes in the garage will be the last in his home garage. He has moved most of his fleet to the hangar now, but has made no mention of a move.

I worked with a woman who absolutely *needed* an early PT Cruiser. She ended up getting on of the first ones in the state but she told us that she paid $10,000 over MSRP on a *$20,000 car* In *2000*
What a terrible decision. A corvette is one thing but a PT cruiser is a cheap compact car. There is no way in a million years that would pay off unless you had some sort of limited edition that will someday slightly increase in value.

I've been divorced at a young age and know how hard it is. You just have to remember to "future-proof" yourself from this sort of thing by ideally not getting married again, the vasectomy is a bit extreme but totally get it and of course try to financially secure yourself without having to lose half of it on the emotional whims of a woman.

@@drunkenhobo8020 This. When everything is done and set, I could see him explain the whole ordeal - right now, they're probably still on evaluation and hasn't been any divorce proceeding happening. I guess he sells all those cars to have the cash on hand to say: "Here - take the house and the Bentley and half of the cash, go away and never come back!" This will make the whole divorce judgment a whole lot easier and quicker.
