recipe:
boil 1/2 lt milk
roast 2 tb sp Vermicelli in 1 tsp ghee for 3 -5 minutes
add milk in roasted Vermicelli .
kepp stirring occasionally so that Vermicelli doesn't stick together and to bottom of pan.
simmer it to 10 minutes for low to medium flame.
once the payosam is thick add3 tb sp sugar or according to your taste.
stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
now add 2-3 cardamom powder, 3-4 saffron threads,1 tb sp each of chopped cashews, almonds,raisins,chirongi, pistachios.
let it cool.
as it cools it gets more thicker.
you can always adjust sevaian ki kheer 's consistency by adding milk in it.
serve it chilled or hot according to your taste.
garnish it with chopped dryfruits at the time of serving.
