Semolina bread is made with homemade ingredients.
The recipe is very simple just follow the rising time, to get crispy bread outside and soft inside.
INGREDIENTS:
400 gr Semolina Flour
300 ml Water ( room temperature)
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
10 gr brewer's yeast
Total rising time : 7 hours
Baking: 220 degrees for 20/25 minutes
