I really appreciate you guys always throwing the closed captioning in. I have a lot of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing athletes and this is one of the only channels making things inclusive.
I had a futon bed at 16-17, how tf you think we had money for a sauna and a pool. I hate the "consistency" speech.. you need resources to compete at the top level... he's fortunate, I wish him the best..
I dont think people understand how much of a game changer that working out in the morning is, that one step in the right direction in the beginning of the day just lets the dominoes fall
Good principle, hard to apply across the spectrum- once youre over 30 working in the operating rooms- its hard to have anything consistent at 5am besides coffee and regret. Would love to be in a wrestling room again but.... here we are lol
Step 1 is tell people that you get up at 5am to work out. Step 2 is to take a photo of the clock at 5am and post it so other can see. Step 3 is to go back to bed.
More like 6 pm. Need a solid 9 hrs at least, need an hour after awakening before eating for the digestive system to wake up, and then some time for your stomach to settle so you can put effort into working out. At least.
This is the same kid that tweeted to Jordan Burroughs that JB didn’t understand today’s wrestling. While JB was still wrestling. He needs humbling and double quick. 🤡🤡🤡
Light work fellas. Try being a construction worker. Same routine, but you hang sheet rock for 8 hours, drink a 12 pack, pass out, come too. Then do it all over again for 50 years
@@circuitarieal5630you do not need to take anything away from the kid to make the point that there are plenty of men grinding in shit jobs they do not love in sacrafice for others or just because it is their lot in life. Men need to start respecting every other man that is not a lazy bum...we keep society together
