Love this workout and love your channel. I have bad knees at the moment and when I can't weight-bear I need to stick to your (excellent) chair workouts and floor workouts. Occasionally on good days I can do some of your harder videos, though anything with lunges is problematic. This one is perfect for the days that I can walk but not much more. No lunges! Which means I don't have to try and work out an alternative move. It has made such a difference buildiing your workouts into my daily routine and the level is perfect. Thank you so much for posting such a variety - I am gradually workig my way though them :)

I actually filmed a problematic knee video back in the fall, but then lost the audio to it, so I can’t post it. I’ll think I’ll reshoot it as there is a definite need!
Me too! One bad, rebuilt knee with all kinds of hardware. Also my back lumbar 3, 4, & 5 are fused. Like you, modifications are essential! Lisa, from one not so good knee person to another, I am proud of you! 🏆
Ty Lauren. Just what I needed today with gastritis flare-up, but I still wanted my movement. Love the 30 sec format. Having a comprimised immune system, I don't go out to crowded gyms. Finding your channel with the variety of workouts, was a godsend. More please! Blessings always.❤😊

I did enjoy the walking video, so much, please make more low impact walking videos for seniors, sometimes I do take a break from the weights training and rather do the walk instead...TY, Gracias

I was a lil hesitant to do a 25 minutes walking program, I like you can get bored pretty fast but indeed this was fun and went pretty fast with the intervals. I think I will add a one or two pound weight and see how that feels next time I do this workout. This walk because of the different planes, angles, directions did some good lubrication to my hips and knees. Nice. Thank you Ms. Lauren !
Holy Moley, I did a 20 minute resistance workout and then this one, Mercy Me!!! :) I better still have energy to vacuum, clean the cat box, finish the laundry, and bake muffins for hubby!

Thanks, so glad you are enjoying my videos! My weight has always stayed consistent for the most part, but yes, I think I may have been a few pounds heavier when I started (during Covid)

Love all of the workouts that I've tried so far. The only adaptation of moves I make is to keep my spine straight and long because I have osteoporosis and forward flexion of the back is contraindicated. This would be worth mentioning during your workouts, since they are marketed as being for beginners and SENIORS, who may share this common bone issue.

I have worked out and lost 100 lb. My problem is this layer of fibrous fatty tissue layer that makes simple poses difficult. I am 50 and hard worn joints. Do you have any exercises to help do a full sit up?
Wow! Good for you Michelle! Have you tried any of my Pilates workouts? They are easy on the joints and really work your core in a way that doesn’t involve doing a full sit-up

I'm recovering from a back surgery but still on limited mobility no bending, no twisting, walking is the best exercise I can do to keep the blood flowing on my legs , i feel like this workout is made for me. First time doing your workouts and I started with this one and I loved it. I am 68 years old and have just started back working out again slowly as I suffer from osteoarthritis (DDD) in my cervical spine and lumbar and sacral spine, fibromyalgia, IBS, chronic pain and massive migraines so I found this one to be a great starter. I followed with your 10 minute osteoporosis friendly ab workout which was perfect! I plan to keep doing your amazing workouts! Thanks Lauren.

Hope your students are back watching your videos. Myself, I stopped going to the gym because of CoVid, and an not taking water exercise classes anymore. I walk 2 miles a day with the dog, but that doesn’t mean I’m stretching, building strength, or doing any upper body work. So thanks for the videos!

64 yr old. finding I like to do Laurens workouts in those evenings after an early dinner when I've been sitting too much. Keeps the blood and O2 flowing, helps me process the meal and the day. Also enjoy the cognitive part. Someday I'll match her steps....Thank you!
Lauren, your workouts are soooo good. I was looking for some barre workouts when I came across your channel in Dec of 2021. I am 67, have arthritis in my right hip up to my rib cage due to some scoliosis and will always have some back pain. I am a nature photographer and don't want to be slowed down! Your videos have helped me so much. Thank you!
I'm not quite a senior and I have been doing really hard workouts. I would hurt for days. Now I do your workouts. I sweat using light hand weights and I can workout more often because I am not killing myself. These workouts are effective and really do work!
